This one cracked me up!! Flash back to all those wonderful 1980's Glamour Shot photos. So here is Bubba's Napoleon Dynamite photo! <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvY1dmPjUb_Y6el4NYjA71t8UmwPGmnPY7XQrhEM5VKv_jqUVjzpechxCUSqhlR-Dwz3Hjl-MDvg4KvgqDsnoVHNH8fCZ1TAjXsBGk4_iKenfKXQcBEuRXVTAJQvMF0gFQFEyGDRc0Fe_kN5K0oUtDiQn8eYq1WXcVWB6weln5q50PgrjgIQJu_wvFzlJU/s2433/AC-Bubba.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2433" data-original-width="1995" height="491" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvY1dmPjUb_Y6el4NYjA71t8UmwPGmnPY7XQrhEM5VKv_jqUVjzpechxCUSqhlR-Dwz3Hjl-MDvg4KvgqDsnoVHNH8fCZ1TAjXsBGk4_iKenfKXQcBEuRXVTAJQvMF0gFQFEyGDRc0Fe_kN5K0oUtDiQn8eYq1WXcVWB6weln5q50PgrjgIQJu_wvFzlJU/w402-h491/AC-Bubba.jpeg" width="402" /> </a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> As you can see he was not amused with me snapping all the photographs. But this is his serious Glamour Shot... I just don't know why but it just makes me laugh to hard! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Now I went out yesterday afternoon trying to get some photos before the storms moved through. Most everyone was in hiding or way out in their pens and walking through the wet grass in my flip flops just wasn't in my plan. So I stuck closer up to the house... had a chat with old Alvin. He was having a late lunch but still took time with me. <br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjy_a4lbxyxGbDw7xC3-FZc-UTtCTv65Ih3yJQvtq9iAJaCqnpfmkS1KkJyX7_HXC02U1KXD1gprajwfgfczF3lmc68Ip6j7kcjWgwZjIwPHtdu0NSbTeObNzBTouHttZFYCvT8anm8hcWqBzEIz6meTo9qEQZ_YVfOko2bCGJ6QrtFxzKczUjkzz6_UzPQ/s2736/AC-Alvin.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2736" data-original-width="2115" height="546" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjy_a4lbxyxGbDw7xC3-FZc-UTtCTv65Ih3yJQvtq9iAJaCqnpfmkS1KkJyX7_HXC02U1KXD1gprajwfgfczF3lmc68Ip6j7kcjWgwZjIwPHtdu0NSbTeObNzBTouHttZFYCvT8anm8hcWqBzEIz6meTo9qEQZ_YVfOko2bCGJ6QrtFxzKczUjkzz6_UzPQ/w421-h546/AC-Alvin.jpeg" width="421" /></a></div> </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">That made me think I could make it over to his boys pen and snap a photo of them ... Alvin Jr. "AJ" was also chowing down.... way too big of bites Dude! <br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNDmMG7yzm3e0kubugqRIt0ne3b1mLR6csmeESjL_NN3B8DMs3LSvn70QO9MMLk-SEQQY_7G0tGz81e5-EIntE0ENj2Caa0iby9yaDc7ghNsBAMbk5IQY7IS0MROcWeDa9vOjOIiFYZ1flmjt4Xp2Ls3uIfgTAbbhOoBAFE_jEle7IbSijW7LCHBDyLnNn/s1762/AC-AlvinJR.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1762" data-original-width="1448" height="515" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNDmMG7yzm3e0kubugqRIt0ne3b1mLR6csmeESjL_NN3B8DMs3LSvn70QO9MMLk-SEQQY_7G0tGz81e5-EIntE0ENj2Caa0iby9yaDc7ghNsBAMbk5IQY7IS0MROcWeDa9vOjOIiFYZ1flmjt4Xp2Ls3uIfgTAbbhOoBAFE_jEle7IbSijW7LCHBDyLnNn/w423-h515/AC-AlvinJR.jpeg" width="423" /></a></div></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">He is a copy of his daddy... Just younger and thinner at this point. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I was snapping a photo of his brother Chipmunk... but he made mad so he didn't get a photo today. The wind was really blowing and my hair must have tempted him too much... well in half of a second his nose poked through the fence and he had a giant wad of my hair and then yanked as hard as he could. Thank goodness he dropped when I yelled!!! Otherwise I might have had to have some shaved hair cut in my future! OUCH! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Then I heard a loud whining scream. Miss Darlene was making sure I knew she was out and there was no "old people gruel" in her bucket. Sorry old girl... Dad feeds you that in the morning and despite you taking a nap... it is still the same day! HA!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQc8BOqAjudhOiQuUak7SYEDxPbECAwm23B89-9XiGzSvrBXisMdrm3SHOmU_7vzppDvtm1RkH0E8SquxYOXl9uZHjMtOj9-CsDQVKjkPww7R1R50H3CaguMG9NWKUAh4JxjpAZoYVY17hyphenhyphen7cX1XmIuRNGiROAZZ1hjvvH9WiNFfvrx9L558fTTJ4UYYyv/s2346/AC-Darlene.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2346" data-original-width="1700" height="513" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQc8BOqAjudhOiQuUak7SYEDxPbECAwm23B89-9XiGzSvrBXisMdrm3SHOmU_7vzppDvtm1RkH0E8SquxYOXl9uZHjMtOj9-CsDQVKjkPww7R1R50H3CaguMG9NWKUAh4JxjpAZoYVY17hyphenhyphen7cX1XmIuRNGiROAZZ1hjvvH9WiNFfvrx9L558fTTJ4UYYyv/w372-h513/AC-Darlene.jpeg" width="372" /></a></div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">She is such a funny girl. We were suppose to get some good rain, but it broke up and went around us... again. But when the clouds broke, the sun came out and it was a beautiful spring day. </p><p>Here in Texas you know it is Spring when the Bluebonnets arrive! </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhYe2CBjyDjsWt2QzXqM9bKm8Oix24cq9bdXNqXS2zQ2qHE1SE1OYNumDySRHtuYzaPe6iUO6RDwrA_dIHC6uoqFG8nEt8BCnd645c-uohcmPhPUk8RI5WWqNzSqDHEy-O7G4-PaQKkTxg_ecaHsyWyqugJYMR8-3ycwg6Z20vLRW1RSCZ6EgmeYf4krZM-/s4032/AC-Bluebonnet.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="540" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhYe2CBjyDjsWt2QzXqM9bKm8Oix24cq9bdXNqXS2zQ2qHE1SE1OYNumDySRHtuYzaPe6iUO6RDwrA_dIHC6uoqFG8nEt8BCnd645c-uohcmPhPUk8RI5WWqNzSqDHEy-O7G4-PaQKkTxg_ecaHsyWyqugJYMR8-3ycwg6Z20vLRW1RSCZ6EgmeYf4krZM-/w405-h540/AC-Bluebonnet.jpeg" width="405" /></a></div> <p></p><p>Along the highways, or large fields they are a gorgeous site. We have some large patches on our property. And even a few in our back yard. So pretty! </p><p>Now the first thing I do when going out to visit the fur children is check on those that we keep the close watch on due to their age and health. </p><p>Darlene was up first. Little heart stop when I didn't find her in her pen. But all was good when I got the gate open and made my way to her private hut. She was just taking a little morning rest. <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjr2s4d7U8ImFKIWyq_scx_b5vBYqsQDiFDQdMsWi5yqibaTYc1GZHcZvKhji-YFFNsKRj8C264QuDMua9F2XUUaMHXVnYiy8iCqpWCIfPm-dC5bR3sT-JUX9vTaV-AIw0nCSGUeN4wpmgRulV4f2MMWxK4AJp0YWWzouGkCSokcLobBXVZrBcTOWETS9GF/s4032/AC-Darlene.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3024" data-original-width="4032" height="322" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjr2s4d7U8ImFKIWyq_scx_b5vBYqsQDiFDQdMsWi5yqibaTYc1GZHcZvKhji-YFFNsKRj8C264QuDMua9F2XUUaMHXVnYiy8iCqpWCIfPm-dC5bR3sT-JUX9vTaV-AIw0nCSGUeN4wpmgRulV4f2MMWxK4AJp0YWWzouGkCSokcLobBXVZrBcTOWETS9GF/w429-h322/AC-Darlene.jpeg" width="429" /></a></div> <p></p><p>It was all good - she grunted and popped up and followed me around her pen. Then went to her left over breakfast and started eating. My old girl.. Darlene. </p><p>Next was Old Black Jack.... Her neighbor. </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgdYQB5bVrWwsY7ctVqino6R2KXSA8NwnK9eBN8-aqYStRks1PcIjDwB4vtdRTH9lBylPzIsmXbXO84eLR51SJwSxlO_jmh0wLhPlct_bLNYX3Mwaf2LkAMzDn_7Wm10monj0Tg5axTwSpWoim2e5PGrWJmvYi9C5MmjDfVHLvIaCBkjmKCfAbV_aGu7ZSE/s4032/AC-BlackJack.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="505" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgdYQB5bVrWwsY7ctVqino6R2KXSA8NwnK9eBN8-aqYStRks1PcIjDwB4vtdRTH9lBylPzIsmXbXO84eLR51SJwSxlO_jmh0wLhPlct_bLNYX3Mwaf2LkAMzDn_7Wm10monj0Tg5axTwSpWoim2e5PGrWJmvYi9C5MmjDfVHLvIaCBkjmKCfAbV_aGu7ZSE/w379-h505/AC-BlackJack.jpeg" width="379" /></a></div> <p></p><p>He is getting hard to get good close up photos of, he just keeps coming at me full force for loving. I so totally adore this old man. When we purchased him so many years ago he wouldn't let us touch him. He was a crabby jack that wasn't friendly at all. Years here with us and he knows he is safe and seems to be very happy. Oh and LOVES head, ear and rear end scratches with lots of attention. </p><p>So two oldest fur children are all good! I then go to the ladies goat pen to check on Crissy. She gave me a horrible scare this week. So much so that I called Hubby at work to let him know she was not well at all and I thought it was coming close to her end. He got home that night and she was up, breathing well and seemed ok. I find her today and she looks great! And was out chomping down like crazy enjoying the new Spring grass! </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhJQTjI-Gbj58mftnBpWueKVdPTBc0xe0DaQ9-KUA8wjQDEHBfTPKp4jNVptyxAMKXv-OGMosTRx-VPK8aKtS9-2ITkMXGz93OI1XbJJi_59gSD_jw8ENFWUhAd3XkedvPTwJUkK6kmZy9ny8DdUaEJdDVdm2RnVQCKw282fxMedqq1FwY0igucX58Sa5Rr/s3670/AC-Crissy.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3670" data-original-width="2752" height="470" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhJQTjI-Gbj58mftnBpWueKVdPTBc0xe0DaQ9-KUA8wjQDEHBfTPKp4jNVptyxAMKXv-OGMosTRx-VPK8aKtS9-2ITkMXGz93OI1XbJJi_59gSD_jw8ENFWUhAd3XkedvPTwJUkK6kmZy9ny8DdUaEJdDVdm2RnVQCKw282fxMedqq1FwY0igucX58Sa5Rr/w352-h470/AC-Crissy.jpeg" width="352" /></a></div><p></p><p>So happy! I went out front to see the "3 Stooges" our full size donkeys. They were all in front grazing in the nice weather. As I walked up front I noticed that Cocoa was "hiding' from me... she was turning her head away and looking like I couldn't see her. What do you think? She doing a good job hiding from me under the oak tree? <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg85O2VT70A6CNulfafitFSSwqv49cEjNLuoMGiPsAWukxqS5kXyCTPbqOmgU1IY0kj7I04YqEfT4D3vN9DlcR3WLTZ7QGf3arnkYbUqxnWv-QWjgyzUr9AU8DqNdIBcuvN95SULvngTu4lfPvjhYXxwJj7bCwMP8N1WCiMc97ZIrN4KyN9ltxeTbwOt0hD/s4032/AC-Cocoa.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="566" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg85O2VT70A6CNulfafitFSSwqv49cEjNLuoMGiPsAWukxqS5kXyCTPbqOmgU1IY0kj7I04YqEfT4D3vN9DlcR3WLTZ7QGf3arnkYbUqxnWv-QWjgyzUr9AU8DqNdIBcuvN95SULvngTu4lfPvjhYXxwJj7bCwMP8N1WCiMc97ZIrN4KyN9ltxeTbwOt0hD/w425-h566/AC-Cocoa.jpeg" width="425" /></a></div> <p></p><p>Finally she came out and said hello... but she didn't want to until I really talked her out. Now Teddy... he was enjoying the grass and chowing down!</p><p><br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwi-9lQbFB2jey-t7DAyUQZNmvSNa_O5JVuGABX4Azf9TaRO26vJzgep5cgsEffjWJx-ixGe5qNXmJIb2qzTzdFb6GzxhLp11HKHzTYbDxFtv_vbrmIJRetXX4ii9JNLf8nii3TJ2-7bAtb7eXpbGBeSLekuDU0jkBesduL07ZIt1TeviCSHQMGrdP6LWe/s4032/AC-Teddy.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3024" data-original-width="4032" height="347" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwi-9lQbFB2jey-t7DAyUQZNmvSNa_O5JVuGABX4Azf9TaRO26vJzgep5cgsEffjWJx-ixGe5qNXmJIb2qzTzdFb6GzxhLp11HKHzTYbDxFtv_vbrmIJRetXX4ii9JNLf8nii3TJ2-7bAtb7eXpbGBeSLekuDU0jkBesduL07ZIt1TeviCSHQMGrdP6LWe/w463-h347/AC-Teddy.jpeg" width="463" /></a></div> <p></p><p>So so happy the grass is thick and feeding them. Oh the 3 stooges are at the back gate every morning screaming out for breakfast to be brought out to them. In winter they get louder and louder until it is delivered. But now that they have spring grass coming in they yell out for a little while then give up and feed themselves. Cracks me up.... I do the same I guess.... Lets get Mexican Food... Lets go.... now lets go.... oh ok we will just find something at home to eat. LOL </p><p>I then went out to the goat pen and saw the guy goats. Stinky... dirty... wet, but AJ is still a cutie. Within a few weeks, they have head butted, banged and destroyed it again. Last time they tore the back completely off. This time it is on its side. Ha! </p><p>As destructive as the brothers are... they are nothing compared to Domino. He is a bit bigger, and much more aggressive. His pen is usually always a mess, turning over everything. His fence is no longer straight. He charges and bangs on the panels and they ALL are bowed out. As I got out to him he was scratching the top of his head... then banging his horns. I looked up Abigail's age. Just knowing she wasn't that old. Was floored when I saw that she just turned 10 years old! How? When? We've been keeping really close watches on the girls lately - they are all getting up there a few are over 12 years old now. So loosing Abigail was just so sad. We have decided to not breed any more goats at this time. Just too much right now - and since alfalfa is so so expensive it is best to have a smaller group. But still loosing our kids is really hard. I was very worried about Abigail's daughter Penelope - <br /></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibAI_Z9QjEsRsc_7FQ0jCZknARfnwtZ-5Xgyx0z79YRFVYRLtfDokNZa9Brd7oBl4QofrLpqdXTCNwZ1t1hdMvpK3bnHJ16wLEAtlGPaXV0qhg__S6t8oMhfgvFA5whVrltZRpwx6-mgqlEPlJqprgWd0KFpYNZn5bqjkjc2IPaVYxvhHxFi7sUCBvpG0d/s3804/AC-Penelope2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3804" data-original-width="2646" height="494" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibAI_Z9QjEsRsc_7FQ0jCZknARfnwtZ-5Xgyx0z79YRFVYRLtfDokNZa9Brd7oBl4QofrLpqdXTCNwZ1t1hdMvpK3bnHJ16wLEAtlGPaXV0qhg__S6t8oMhfgvFA5whVrltZRpwx6-mgqlEPlJqprgWd0KFpYNZn5bqjkjc2IPaVYxvhHxFi7sUCBvpG0d/w344-h494/AC-Penelope2.jpeg" width="344" /></a></div> <p></p><p>But she has been all grown up and lately been hanging with some of the other girls. Hubby is working on putting food away at night and good night time sleeping spaces for our outdoor kitties. </p><p>So warmer temps and the sun... Hubby just couldn't stand it. So I put it off... waited so late yesterday afternoon and then I just had to go. Drizzle had stopped so that was good, but it was wet and muddy. Good thing I slipped on Hubby's shoes to walk out to the back pen! LOL Didn't want to get mine wet and muddy now did I?<br /></p><p>Found the ladies out grazing and around what was left of their hay bale. </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjW9xhkvF_1pAjV61DPZHWKf5uxQi3BrG3g6HGv5yGZd6gACsxOejNecj2sPpvBc8IsdmEf5RJiKAAf-JgTqum74IQiIsTpfnkqgzKUB-MNzbbW34nW7Z0tUN2CUGTMReYpgqSLcFcVC8U9sGCeD0CTfKf_1jcl-hZ3-7sqU8Y0xM4yBvg7B_-8CwzAZH6c/s3395/AC-PattieJosieJolene.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2157" data-original-width="3395" height="379" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjW9xhkvF_1pAjV61DPZHWKf5uxQi3BrG3g6HGv5yGZd6gACsxOejNecj2sPpvBc8IsdmEf5RJiKAAf-JgTqum74IQiIsTpfnkqgzKUB-MNzbbW34nW7Z0tUN2CUGTMReYpgqSLcFcVC8U9sGCeD0CTfKf_1jcl-hZ3-7sqU8Y0xM4yBvg7B_-8CwzAZH6c/w598-h379/AC-PattieJosieJolene.jpeg" width="598" /></a></div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">The winter grass is just out of control. Thick and green, but not all the donkeys favorite to eat. From what Hubby tells me winter grass is more bitter than normal coastal grass. Everyone is having to adjust and eat more of it than they like. They would rather fresh green coastal bales of hay morning and night, but that just ain't happening. Some of the girls don't seem to mind at all and are out grazing and not complaining. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Macie isn't one of them. I have told y'all many times she is my calm sweet old girl. Well yesterday - she was a total opposite! Holy Cow Macie! Loud, Pushy and just down right rude about wanting me to get her something else to eat! The hay bale isn't a green fresh as she likes and the winter too bitter - so find me something else! Now I know it is hard to believe but this photo makes her look slim and trim compared to her normal view. She hasn't missed any meals, honestly! <br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgisZfgQjs5vmluTKkq1BZdnlmnrUcteey26V1cYgZfJt8fCOhXrQ08KkcmNf8tbXkLXIqfgn3KfyQPqgs68GxZv5ZHfj7gg2OKJ2Y2zqSjf2TydXMTQt6Qje4m48Iux9wWv9BWz5DvN8Z3XRG70xrYutqBHoQPdXoAZSjAI_yGfR6LbgLl8FzojDtM0YqA/s4032/AC-Macie2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="529" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgisZfgQjs5vmluTKkq1BZdnlmnrUcteey26V1cYgZfJt8fCOhXrQ08KkcmNf8tbXkLXIqfgn3KfyQPqgs68GxZv5ZHfj7gg2OKJ2Y2zqSjf2TydXMTQt6Qje4m48Iux9wWv9BWz5DvN8Z3XRG70xrYutqBHoQPdXoAZSjAI_yGfR6LbgLl8FzojDtM0YqA/w397-h529/AC-Macie2.jpeg" width="397" /></a></div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I adore this girl.... but you gotta eat what is out there girl! Stop your crying! LOL</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Now Juliet and Bella were just munching away at the bale. I went out real quiet and leaned into the hay ring... you NEVER sneak up on Juliet! But she was actually a bit surprised I was there. LOL <br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6lKLQQqAhxLOKvqOrm-MH6c2A7_Q7kn6HH-Y5LipjaWS-P5TS9XMzkRx8LulDN7ijADX-bm6kaB9V_hKevQvVCWecB51fbyEh8q0ybC6bImiQvPgcBM6sDmsU-9rZ-U-E_saxUukPi0h0JOIeDQWNzPZspdNt9iBC9IPKb9RR-W-ig1bkL0stexYeRS1p/s4032/AC-JulietBella.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6lKLQQqAhxLOKvqOrm-MH6c2A7_Q7kn6HH-Y5LipjaWS-P5TS9XMzkRx8LulDN7ijADX-bm6kaB9V_hKevQvVCWecB51fbyEh8q0ybC6bImiQvPgcBM6sDmsU-9rZ-U-E_saxUukPi0h0JOIeDQWNzPZspdNt9iBC9IPKb9RR-W-ig1bkL0stexYeRS1p/w360-h480/AC-JulietBella.jpeg" width="360" /></a></div> <p></p><p>I snapped my photo and turned and started heading back up to the front of the pen. I had maybe a second or two before she would be on my side pushing me and rubbing her head on my shoulders and side. Which isn't a bad thing unless you are a like me and a klutz and have to stay on the path. LOL </p><p>As I got back to level ground I turned and found that not only Juliet followed me. Pepita and Irene were both right there. Poor Irene must have had her head stuck pretty far into the bale of hay, cuz she had a huge piece stuck to her ear and in her eye. She kept blinking and shaking her head trying to remove it. </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFRuo-DmqRWUPa1jEokBLHnrBMity4p3rma4OwL7aaCmBvNwenpqpiZ5P_MnVgLWn4WXEUYpsBG5sOyDKhn0utmjmjDX2G-LT3CVzUpUtqG6AfjUXvFtRMyCgr4cAvA8vp2oqzfYss7pv0YQRcOUbbOaPSIJO1WASxnXcbGZKzjluB3G8tZcax6Dl0E_gh/s3525/AC-PepitaIrene.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3525" data-original-width="2628" height="556" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFRuo-DmqRWUPa1jEokBLHnrBMity4p3rma4OwL7aaCmBvNwenpqpiZ5P_MnVgLWn4WXEUYpsBG5sOyDKhn0utmjmjDX2G-LT3CVzUpUtqG6AfjUXvFtRMyCgr4cAvA8vp2oqzfYss7pv0YQRcOUbbOaPSIJO1WASxnXcbGZKzjluB3G8tZcax6Dl0E_gh/w415-h556/AC-PepitaIrene.jpeg" width="415" /></a></div><p></p><p>No worries we took care of it for her. She let me love all over her, then turned and went back to the hay bale... and stuck in deep into the hole she had created. Pepita gave me a glance and then turned and followed. She is always a follower and stick close to whoever she is paired up to at the time. </p><p>Before I left the pen, I decided to walk over to Raffie's pen and say hello. Since he wasn't totally focused on a girl at that time. That is his focus most of the day you know... </p><p style="text-align: center;"> <img border="0" data-original-height="3267" data-original-width="2214" height="513" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjK_couOQ7dpNGqFfWyNaygTrPa22fqk7nbthqF3suoRANW8qhxKKr44Ch_2pGX9nqQU19vaTEQwUJdW2kBW_yjUmvFras3FLhoWA4WKn3FtYOixWYoZKjFSeKb-uO_lE-RdgZkV5a9QDSAxWLM8shP3L3S6E_TW29pXF2Mugpf6K8FhDyYH0wimlY0tdez/w348-h513/AC-Raffie.jpeg" width="348" /></p><p style="text-align: left;">He is such a handsome stud! I won't complain too much because they FINALLY are laying eggs! This group has been the slowest we have ever had from chicks. But the eggs are coming now! So they are now working to earn their own weight around here! LOL <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjs70Y4I26IfLGDyCF-VW1L1O05A2cJZdSXBWF4Lup1gleen084l9PFCzcorYdD2dYRKAHgCIXBqgu54jW9r6eG_ljc4C11kSFkWU3z43Bl8T0ujaOaI4s9PYLgx2BoeZaT1-5z__w8NObqjNuZjFnMw6jjb7f9381l2X0qzHmkKt9MAo_moBWXRbLksEAt/s4032/AC-chicken2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="567" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjs70Y4I26IfLGDyCF-VW1L1O05A2cJZdSXBWF4Lup1gleen084l9PFCzcorYdD2dYRKAHgCIXBqgu54jW9r6eG_ljc4C11kSFkWU3z43Bl8T0ujaOaI4s9PYLgx2BoeZaT1-5z__w8NObqjNuZjFnMw6jjb7f9381l2X0qzHmkKt9MAo_moBWXRbLksEAt/w425-h567/AC-chicken2.jpeg" width="425" /></a></div><p></p><p>They are pretty ladies aren't they? Did I have time for photos? Darn it I knew I should have taken my photos before we left to run errands... but as we were coming home I knew the drizzle and coming rain might ruin my photos. I made my way out and hoped that I could find some fur children to snap photos of. </p><p>Jorge came out and to the fence for me. Handsome man, and always will make sure to come to me for some head scratches. The drizzle is no big deal for him. He loves standing out in the rain. So I knew he would be a great starting photo! <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQE_k1VfHAdwoih-FALW9GMXeWFkOT6U3n32iMls-X17llZ1Swf8jbLMKME4Poa0tfhqzuFeVMPSkk-OsO_8-Wm8U9v4N0GM4G4myqC1F_v30RHtWvH6wSHpwPqs1qATA01FPvgjy7ZxPQdzH5Ww0Jfcomf6jFul7fd2ejEkLs96QChjEDg3tLRIiMxMMN/s3950/AC-Jorge.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3950" data-original-width="2792" height="545" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQE_k1VfHAdwoih-FALW9GMXeWFkOT6U3n32iMls-X17llZ1Swf8jbLMKME4Poa0tfhqzuFeVMPSkk-OsO_8-Wm8U9v4N0GM4G4myqC1F_v30RHtWvH6wSHpwPqs1qATA01FPvgjy7ZxPQdzH5Ww0Jfcomf6jFul7fd2ejEkLs96QChjEDg3tLRIiMxMMN/w385-h545/AC-Jorge.jpeg" width="385" /></a></div><p></p><p>Behind me was the goat pen, and Penelope was far enough from her Momma to sneak over to me and get lots of loving! Time has gone by to fast and so many of our babies are too old, or already gone. Crissy is such a timid sweet little lady. And she has stunning horns and a long luxurious beard. Cocoa would not move him up into the barn. So newbie that I was, decided I would pick him up and carry him across the pasture and into the barn, and Mom Cocoa would just have to follow! Later I found out that being that Cocoa was a new family member here and we didn't know her attitude or personality, probably wasn't the best idea to have done that. And the fact my back was out for a few days too as he is a full size donkey so even as a newborn he was a pretty good size. But hey ... I slept good that night knowing that he was safe in the barn during the thunderstorm. That was many many many years ago now and he is a big boy. Probably weighs in now at close to 800lbs. So no carrying him - heck you couldn't push him anywhere if he doesn't want to go! LOL </p><p>By the time I talked to Valentine, Cocoa and Teddy it was starting to rain. So I gave up on photos as most everyone was running for shelter, including me. I through the back door and heard this tiny high pitch meow. Momma Cat has the sweetest tiny meow. I love it! And her. Hard to believe she was the total freaked out feral cat - Now she is my little nuzzler in bed and has to be right against me at night. <br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGx1QZLxWM1aow0GrkqIQ-_s6G0y3E_kIU_HHw108Sy_HccQCSlhIqdIZNUvgODSDKhxeWXRuPKjSox62DKhuQRwRYQvtfG98G0EDF42wMYCvqpfvlzEELvJG8Xht9H9KCwQBCPJ0PRnIme-vrvFlbfV8aDOmpGzMyrpc72cGy1h_WaWCCydx_vSxPa4Dh/s4032/AC-Momma.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="519" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGx1QZLxWM1aow0GrkqIQ-_s6G0y3E_kIU_HHw108Sy_HccQCSlhIqdIZNUvgODSDKhxeWXRuPKjSox62DKhuQRwRYQvtfG98G0EDF42wMYCvqpfvlzEELvJG8Xht9H9KCwQBCPJ0PRnIme-vrvFlbfV8aDOmpGzMyrpc72cGy1h_WaWCCydx_vSxPa4Dh/w389-h519/AC-Momma.jpeg" width="389" /> </a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">She has such super long perfect whiskers. We are now back up to normal temps for us here. But the last couple of weeks have really had us wrapping up and Hubby working hard to keep animals fed, and water flowing and not freezing! The cold temps have been hard on a few of the older donkeys. We have been keeping a really close watch on Cocoa. She has been moving very very slow. </p><p></p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjOOo4003XErgw3vw7pUjDO7uiLbY20b7y5jqIKX3EcArgHTz1IVGEWLZQDDfWNpyVU64Gsrnkp4CBA33aIV0wvPWmDdMGM9zOkSmYSkaGRkHuVv6XFDOViYGGrpLUMe3yxbl25u4hFBxY7Ma4CiUPHDfZUH_3XQh4wEM0q483s3lZsz3cerQUywIynbny/s4032/AC-Cocoa.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="496" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjOOo4003XErgw3vw7pUjDO7uiLbY20b7y5jqIKX3EcArgHTz1IVGEWLZQDDfWNpyVU64Gsrnkp4CBA33aIV0wvPWmDdMGM9zOkSmYSkaGRkHuVv6XFDOViYGGrpLUMe3yxbl25u4hFBxY7Ma4CiUPHDfZUH_3XQh4wEM0q483s3lZsz3cerQUywIynbny/w372-h496/AC-Cocoa.jpeg" width="372" /></a> </p>I think the cold has her old joints aching. I know it has me feeling it! We have no real idea of how old Cocoa is. Guessing... somewhere between 25-35 maybe. This winter has been tough on her already. Hoping she takes it easy and gets through it with just some minor aches and pain and nothing more. <p></p><p>And then our old guy Black Jack has had issues with his age and the cold. Hubby works very hard to keep weight on Black Jack. And with that keeping him warm. He is use to cold temps. He was born and raised in the north. In the past it was all about making sure the heat didn't get to him. Now with less weight, getting older and thinning fur, keeping him warm is the issue. So "Dad" found a small foal horse coat and tried to keep it on him.<br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrQ0KUiJTZzXLLVxM3EHaR6w314RAj9oXaT-t1SJpI-qUXxKsfITCtleDjJwI6ux2OZ55TOQKDrm9kkC3eIpTW8Dez7IQ-JlQWP04tOOQhxvqFnjTfOs8yAwkOcj2suLk7H8GHqwoodbSPAjht96oA9PjSfUxs1NKxk2aFw9IRVdd-okxwl5cmzgtLLG6T/s4032/AC-BlackJack.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="487" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrQ0KUiJTZzXLLVxM3EHaR6w314RAj9oXaT-t1SJpI-qUXxKsfITCtleDjJwI6ux2OZ55TOQKDrm9kkC3eIpTW8Dez7IQ-JlQWP04tOOQhxvqFnjTfOs8yAwkOcj2suLk7H8GHqwoodbSPAjht96oA9PjSfUxs1NKxk2aFw9IRVdd-okxwl5cmzgtLLG6T/w365-h487/AC-BlackJack.jpeg" width="365" /></a></div> <p></p><p>Ok... it stayed "on" but was dragging, slid over to the side etc. But it really did help him stay warm. Wish I had thought of taking a photo with it on him. But well... I didn't spend a lot of time outside it was freezing! We actually got as low as 14 one morning. And for Texas that is pretty cold. </p><p>Black Jack did get use to the coat. All except the hook and loop strap. He DID NOT like that sound of pulling it loose. LOL <br /></p><p>As I went out Friday to take photos... I waited and waited for the wet fog to clear up. At noon I just gave up and went out. Everyone was wet and nasty. I just love the look on this little frog. <a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/shop/holidays/st-patricks/frog-in-boxers-2-q126/">Frog in Boxers</a> - <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_gJlABkKjemoVkD1bHwlmxewVe03XzzRiyOu0YpnX44ABI2UppfmnRTXglQddGTlNE1n6T-MscKNfFBbDiPX3JQyb1BHqJUT_nK-UYlTCEqVTy3hhHqFRT1AzqLbS3wb7ux9g2g0716PZ0Go7h816YLcShKrm2Y3zpwa5aUP-7AC7I-gbj4_bRF6ehkKi/s888/HH-FroginBoxers976F92FA-E8F9-49DA-B11C-033FF673145B_1_105_c.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="888" data-original-width="884" height="472" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_gJlABkKjemoVkD1bHwlmxewVe03XzzRiyOu0YpnX44ABI2UppfmnRTXglQddGTlNE1n6T-MscKNfFBbDiPX3JQyb1BHqJUT_nK-UYlTCEqVTy3hhHqFRT1AzqLbS3wb7ux9g2g0716PZ0Go7h816YLcShKrm2Y3zpwa5aUP-7AC7I-gbj4_bRF6ehkKi/w471-h472/HH-FroginBoxers976F92FA-E8F9-49DA-B11C-033FF673145B_1_105_c.jpg" width="471" /></a></div> <p></p><p>A top favorite of mine! Colored with my Copics - and found papers from scraps in my stash, and then sewed down layers. Now I wanted a solid green for one of the mats... didn't have the right green. So I used a Copic and colored a mat! Not bad... will have to remember that for future. The sentiment is a great one for a little pick me up for someone, and works with this guy hanging in his boxers. "<a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/shop/sentiments/blessing/hang-in-there-d278/">Hang in there</a>!" just so fun! It needed a little more - so I punched up some leaves punches from Martha Stewart and colored them to match. This one really made me smile! </p><p>Copic colors used - <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhukL0y-9bZ-5aD9l1f76ccYTcHaOyGD8vUcMEVu_hxYoUKd2ROBWJCYYIYs41WsR-ye9PEVRVS8OB_xYXiEUte8VYMMlGErbaWSmnvMkCLaFggxjP4DfaWlrBBZl5a1-vrFGpE__LhE0Ji4lg7dvZBrSuSmm3ogLWJwqjyaW4lgmv4ZZQsWAf21IIuUvQq/s1016/HH-FroginBoxers225DF8BE8-E07C-4158-B9CD-4AD88A782312_1_105_c.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="774" data-original-width="1016" height="310" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhukL0y-9bZ-5aD9l1f76ccYTcHaOyGD8vUcMEVu_hxYoUKd2ROBWJCYYIYs41WsR-ye9PEVRVS8OB_xYXiEUte8VYMMlGErbaWSmnvMkCLaFggxjP4DfaWlrBBZl5a1-vrFGpE__LhE0Ji4lg7dvZBrSuSmm3ogLWJwqjyaW4lgmv4ZZQsWAf21IIuUvQq/w406-h310/HH-FroginBoxers225DF8BE8-E07C-4158-B9CD-4AD88A782312_1_105_c.jpg" width="406" /></a></div><br />To find so many fun images at High Hopes Stamps click <a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/">HERE</a> and have some fun! <p></p><p>Have a blessed day - </p><p>HUGS and <br /> <br /></p><p><img src="http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn46/donkeysmiles/donkeysmiles/Siggy.gif" style="background: transparent; border: medium;" /></p>MichelleOhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15893406224460208088noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9220126504878727303.post-64901847472039736762024-01-20T05:30:00.007-06:002024-01-20T05:30:00.145-06:00Animal Crackers - Beautiful Big Eyes<p>Howdy - </p><p> Little kitty and Beautiful Big Eyes! So she is really doing pretty well. Blind, loosing her hearing and a bit of incontinence at her age is kind of expected I suppose. She still gets around pretty well, and eats very well. Old but still in control Miss Libbie! And despite damaging her dignity she is really pretty cute in these tiny little diapers. They
come in Pink and Blue ... I like the pink ones on her best. :0) </p><p>Hope you have an Animal Crackers smile this week - enjoyed some time with us we are thrilled you visit each week! </p><p>HUGS and <br /></p><p><img src="http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn46/donkeysmiles/donkeysmiles/Siggy.gif" style="background: transparent; border: medium;" /></p>MichelleOhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15893406224460208088noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9220126504878727303.post-6382991187299412862024-01-08T05:30:00.001-06:002024-01-08T05:30:00.134-06:00High Hopes Stamps - Lil Fire Chief<p>Howdy - </p><p>Today I dug into my High Hopes Stamps Collection and found a fun favorite for a Happy Birthday Card. </p><p>This is <a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/shop/outdoor-fun/travel-sentiments-outdoor-fun/lil-fire-chief-r018/">Lil Fire Chief</a> - </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisQ7_wE9XHOb14jClDVJsMhQBQxqWGSxD29xRdZXgwphBiqu0RZdmoC-qqi9D5s6sBA72o9ql0u_YCNX6gbrYSqCwmaZVtOiL9a0y0k9sKk3aWeL47EBqGmydRk6RCj_zMw7e4s8txv4Z-8tlosujzUL9RqdQNXaPtreVmCOHzM-TGnPGkG02TpCg4lAJD/s3027/HH-LilFireChief277AFF68-F90B-417B-A77C-29D2DD9C9203_1_201_a.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3027" data-original-width="2906" height="472" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisQ7_wE9XHOb14jClDVJsMhQBQxqWGSxD29xRdZXgwphBiqu0RZdmoC-qqi9D5s6sBA72o9ql0u_YCNX6gbrYSqCwmaZVtOiL9a0y0k9sKk3aWeL47EBqGmydRk6RCj_zMw7e4s8txv4Z-8tlosujzUL9RqdQNXaPtreVmCOHzM-TGnPGkG02TpCg4lAJD/w453-h472/HH-LilFireChief277AFF68-F90B-417B-A77C-29D2DD9C9203_1_201_a.jpg" width="453" /></a></div><p></p><p>I love coloring this image! Just a little chilly but gorgeous! I headed out to see the ladies first off - They were begging for fresh hay bales - but they have round bales and LOTS of green to chow down on. They are just spoiled and think they can whine enough to get me to cave in and give them "the good stuff out of the barn" - Ha! Nope. I was just there for loving and my photos girls! You have LOTS of great to eat on your own! <br /></p><p>One of the older ladies Macie was front and center. Now remember we don't mention the bit of roundness to her belly.... she is "big boned, short legged and retaining water" wink wink <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFg6dKsssigLK-ezX-dJsBcgpZOYvZaYH7kLUdSY596MZjytmsN41TVvcOX88NDrEldUlV9Q3Fagec7kNoUp2z7eIOjDGKWlhmLhvjVwjChCwzX9COp_7j2aDXmk7cHwoOvkCCDOxWfr5aYFsgUj9SAw4qMD_bqsHRX7aV5fY09s4sjDaO9N4GebKMUNDR/s4032/AC-MacieIrene.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="541" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFg6dKsssigLK-ezX-dJsBcgpZOYvZaYH7kLUdSY596MZjytmsN41TVvcOX88NDrEldUlV9Q3Fagec7kNoUp2z7eIOjDGKWlhmLhvjVwjChCwzX9COp_7j2aDXmk7cHwoOvkCCDOxWfr5aYFsgUj9SAw4qMD_bqsHRX7aV5fY09s4sjDaO9N4GebKMUNDR/w406-h541/AC-MacieIrene.jpeg" width="406" /></a></div> <p></p><p>I adore Miss Macie - she has eyes that just melt me. Huge big brown eyes. And as long as she isn't getting shoved around she is just the sweetest, calmest and loves the attention. All was going well and I was giving her big time ear scratches... and well see that girl in the background? Miss Irene? Yep she wanted a turn too... </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQNsZr10uJQ69YPmqLq7tJ5VlGg4raeM0yv7hnijZIP1sSpcYu0RBjzg1fsiYX5w95seXywym5NSjnpwg6ov4xACs33p6gmWpJmiymx1sS1Vx-2YZg48fEWv_Igr2Eo3leOSKgSrbN0oGjrhpNQXFoz7UKPVEvYHya1NKx5eZb6yZuZvkcYnFpYldPmVKg/s3325/AC-IreneMacey.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3325" data-original-width="2545" height="523" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQNsZr10uJQ69YPmqLq7tJ5VlGg4raeM0yv7hnijZIP1sSpcYu0RBjzg1fsiYX5w95seXywym5NSjnpwg6ov4xACs33p6gmWpJmiymx1sS1Vx-2YZg48fEWv_Igr2Eo3leOSKgSrbN0oGjrhpNQXFoz7UKPVEvYHya1NKx5eZb6yZuZvkcYnFpYldPmVKg/w400-h523/AC-IreneMacey.jpeg" width="400" /></a></div> <p></p><p>And so Macie stepped (got pushed) aside and big girl Irene shoved on forward. LOL Everyone gets their turn. How long depends on just how pushy some of the really obnoxious ones get. I did more rounds of attention on all the girls then moved on... <br /></p><p>Next door to the ladies I found Little Penelope laying in the sun... I say "Little" loosely here. When did my tiny little baby goat get so ... so... well BIG! LOL Love how she has her eyes closed and really enjoying the sun. <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjnS_Ziroe4qJ6qsQdwKiddKAH4Gofy882rQYpKZl5ximVUwt7fHqfn0f1cz2ST1c9aX_LggaSHiLpe4Gpnzm_1aWKpOEY56CipRGzysxTrHlDrfvaklVmnoJDIKGpy0mECR7HTII760iL67p1pfx69Ua8Z5Ir69AuTNAUAjCRQ71UboAuocFQMFEufG4RC/s4032/AC-Penelope.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="517" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjnS_Ziroe4qJ6qsQdwKiddKAH4Gofy882rQYpKZl5ximVUwt7fHqfn0f1cz2ST1c9aX_LggaSHiLpe4Gpnzm_1aWKpOEY56CipRGzysxTrHlDrfvaklVmnoJDIKGpy0mECR7HTII760iL67p1pfx69Ua8Z5Ir69AuTNAUAjCRQ71UboAuocFQMFEufG4RC/w388-h517/AC-Penelope.jpeg" width="388" /></a></div> <p></p><p>You would think she was super pregnant there. But nope, just the way she is laying and well - they all eat too well! And healthy goats are usually a bit pudgy right? <br /></p><p>This next photo is a bit blurry, zooming too far - but it was just too funny when coming in the gate - Hubby and I laughed and yelled out to Flavio to ask HIM how pregnant he was. LOL </p><p>All this green grass in December has them eating well. But I think first of all I have to show one of my favorite photos - and say goodbye to Miss Gracie. </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1qsZ9exgdyBVU3k5q5QqXVxmYjgsUGB3NmHJWMw7426EAI_tZb8f3xjAiIU0Cd4VpnCQk93CNFiaoR2mmRE3G3AMPFV_mufOm4vU43nd49HL99jjWsff8tsIr1KrAuajWsR8nhe1allvBrzytjFNbpWuYzTXaNDHF8J_uaOrgl5oHR4Xi6H5WeskbTsO_/s3701/AC-Grace.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3701" data-original-width="2532" height="572" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1qsZ9exgdyBVU3k5q5QqXVxmYjgsUGB3NmHJWMw7426EAI_tZb8f3xjAiIU0Cd4VpnCQk93CNFiaoR2mmRE3G3AMPFV_mufOm4vU43nd49HL99jjWsff8tsIr1KrAuajWsR8nhe1allvBrzytjFNbpWuYzTXaNDHF8J_uaOrgl5oHR4Xi6H5WeskbTsO_/w391-h572/AC-Grace.jpg" width="391" /></a></div><br /> I had chose this as a favorite photo from this year - I love my super model so much and her wonderful smile. Sadly we have had to say goodbye to her this holiday week. Perfectly normal week with her, smiling and running over for attention. Then she went to sleep one night and passed quietly. I am so going to miss this girl! My Special Super Model! But sadly it is going to be a rough year with a group of our goats. All now over the age of 12... and older. Its extremely hard - but we have been so blessed with this group of girls and they have been so fun and healthy - just a joy in our lives. Gracie we will miss you so much! Beautiful and Full of personality! <br /><p></p><p>Now to the review of the year - and a few of my favorite photos we have snapped! </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjb6cCiLNyA8RTZ4N7YcIa7UrYLicNlkrYIQV2sJr5WWZRvCW_A5CpVDjfJckKu7xE6OLiAXj32YbqW8UNkCzBmLe1O2r3yFMuKHCUO-KtpIvIK1UmaRDMsGDNP1IDrbCugv8LYVQLmlnaetfuEOw_P-lR8AWrpHfDWub3R7mpD4ayex4O92REM94MrjQTI/s4032/AC-Bella%20copy.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; We look forward to more furry love to share in 2024! </p><p>Happy New Year - </p><p>HUGS and <br /></p><p><img src="http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn46/donkeysmiles/donkeysmiles/Siggy.gif" style="background: transparent; border: medium;" /></p>MichelleOhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15893406224460208088noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9220126504878727303.post-84451017062453799332023-12-23T05:30:00.003-06:002023-12-23T05:30:00.135-06:00Animal Crackers - Merriest Christmas<p>Howdy - </p><p> As we like to do every year today I am sharing our family Christmas Card with all of you - </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKs7DUu3sZeezU4UXAr1kCbnJ8dmhk6jTud0E74XfP2nHu5PvkBfdcOI7NKkjSkxhLB2el6rdy_mJMEObWC-sBjHFktVJHTbPVjKf-iBOG-a8i61l1NkQyBKSVpfnQ2sfCp1peB6_VATRa-rNkQltIciM_q9Uc0VbhxUucbx90iFE26juVKlbMgGjsEzRH/s3382/IMG_1035.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3382" data-original-width="2415" height="556" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKs7DUu3sZeezU4UXAr1kCbnJ8dmhk6jTud0E74XfP2nHu5PvkBfdcOI7NKkjSkxhLB2el6rdy_mJMEObWC-sBjHFktVJHTbPVjKf-iBOG-a8i61l1NkQyBKSVpfnQ2sfCp1peB6_VATRa-rNkQltIciM_q9Uc0VbhxUucbx90iFE26juVKlbMgGjsEzRH/w398-h556/IMG_1035.jpeg" width="398" /></a></div><br />We love you visiting each Saturday - hoping that our funny furry family brings you a smiles each week. <p></p><p>Merry Christmas from all of us and we hope you have a very special blessed Christmas Holiday - and look forward to our time sharing in 2024! <br /></p><p>HUGS an d<br /></p><p><img src="http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn46/donkeysmiles/donkeysmiles/Siggy.gif" style="background: transparent; border: medium;" /></p>MichelleOhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15893406224460208088noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9220126504878727303.post-64450722112527337902023-12-18T05:30:00.001-06:002023-12-18T05:30:00.129-06:00High Hopes Stamps - Snowman Dash<p>Howdy - </p><p> This week for High Hopes Stamps we have a little snow play going on! Miss Hannah was posing pretty for me. She is such a sweet girl. Now no worries this was just a pretty pose, she then trotted towards me for her normal pushy lovings. <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQnbMqYXGs06krYricHiApWeSZ58oTN2WFQQHusPVz1MN37kLusYLUMIFTOqYmFxoZOrbkKzKxu4IxnoKbXTiekyQrOnD6EeKWdWiUWUl_VckWNGm94QJ0QyQi0b_mVRWvnsP10KQDzJJdtPtXQudb7zxIizVOvdblhp0uFv8WW_aSkr-UdQkJcHLSF0-P/s3550/AC-Hannah.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3550" data-original-width="2552" height="525" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQnbMqYXGs06krYricHiApWeSZ58oTN2WFQQHusPVz1MN37kLusYLUMIFTOqYmFxoZOrbkKzKxu4IxnoKbXTiekyQrOnD6EeKWdWiUWUl_VckWNGm94QJ0QyQi0b_mVRWvnsP10KQDzJJdtPtXQudb7zxIizVOvdblhp0uFv8WW_aSkr-UdQkJcHLSF0-P/w377-h525/AC-Hannah.jpeg" width="377" /></a></div>She learned her "outgoing" personality from her BFF Juliet. Christmas is coming quick and then the New Year! So for today's card I decided to have some fun with one of my favorite New Year images! High Hopes Stamps <a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/shop/holidays/christmas-holidays/father-time-baby-new-year-r097/#prettyPhoto">Father Time & Baby New Year </a>- so precious! Love Baby New Year's Cheeks! <br /></p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiSsjj8iJTaXIC3vpBylvYosPdD-Dc183HAkSvnIwzTvyLc13MQHKsyLpio25cvCHaphcjFc_9X5iOmAIv5uzl7QplF9jj7n4cKfIZbn7GVFXxHs-9pSdRBLzH1nOff3aapQwUEUgT5lo995KOOXYwkBNai-3OLzoNTK21ZdwFMBFLoHBC2c46Rgvz7amvC/s2681/HH-Father%20TimeIMG_0604.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2681" data-original-width="2573" height="474" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiSsjj8iJTaXIC3vpBylvYosPdD-Dc183HAkSvnIwzTvyLc13MQHKsyLpio25cvCHaphcjFc_9X5iOmAIv5uzl7QplF9jj7n4cKfIZbn7GVFXxHs-9pSdRBLzH1nOff3aapQwUEUgT5lo995KOOXYwkBNai-3OLzoNTK21ZdwFMBFLoHBC2c46Rgvz7amvC/w455-h474/HH-Father%20TimeIMG_0604.jpg" width="455" /></a> </p><p> I colored with my Copics and then went to find papers. Backwards from how I normally do things, but just happened that way. But while digging I found some perfect papers from K-Ology K & Company. Love that sage green color. Matched up with kraft card stock for the base I cut out and layered the patterns. Adding a white lace punch from EK Success band top and bottom of the stripe paper. </p><p>The sentiment "<a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/shop/sentiments/blessing/happy-new-year-g234-2/">Happy New Year"</a> is also from High Hopes Stamps. Seems she was the donkey to be leaning on - resting on a friend for sure! <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsxTqEj_2-Le3dBsRRagojH-OPYvDfhj5AILToKsvXq5Bz9C-pCWMKPgP4rWNWTVjb365ciLmWy9T0zlseEdFLnB-H6iu6_v7wnaWlAEtv-YXDpnY8QMrUpjVEcV9CfKDMp7UOaLw4VrMkbKPoTOy5ydllVnnd8PbcIICrluDKyQETjvLETyK8YqPfiQvV/s4032/AC-Juliet.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="452" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsxTqEj_2-Le3dBsRRagojH-OPYvDfhj5AILToKsvXq5Bz9C-pCWMKPgP4rWNWTVjb365ciLmWy9T0zlseEdFLnB-H6iu6_v7wnaWlAEtv-YXDpnY8QMrUpjVEcV9CfKDMp7UOaLw4VrMkbKPoTOy5ydllVnnd8PbcIICrluDKyQETjvLETyK8YqPfiQvV/w339-h452/AC-Juliet.jpg" width="339" /></a></div> <p></p><p>She is a good height - Juliet and Irene are good buddies and together a lot of the time. But then again Juliet thinks she is in charge of all the ladies. Like they are "her girls" She is such a sweet BIG Girl herself. </p><p>Now this photo you have to take a second look at... Still pretty skittish from us - but we did trap her in a cage haul her off and she spent a week getting her turn to get fixed. But she is home and back to her own happy spots now. <p></p><p>Hope you all have a wonderful weekend - gunna get cold here this weekend. Our first real chance for a freeze. I hummed the entire time I was putting this one together. This image is "<a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/shop/holidays/christmas-holidays/let-us-adore-him-s207/">Let Us Adore Him</a>" <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjqn-MaX5ZEA60_w1A0u-qFes64XAgCAL9uOzgjd6tWzHEiskZ83WkUCjSCKzQMYiaNT7JcfAgHpW3P0nosTdqETHNkMjkDO81NKu16FnM9ZOVldh_c_YSB-VdQ5fjin6Z4tm-aqD40nB4VAmMGQcBRv7QT_xbN1agwTJklE0BCxZ3UbxiOlSuA83sBwi-/s2747/IMG_0520.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2703" data-original-width="2747" height="449" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjqn-MaX5ZEA60_w1A0u-qFes64XAgCAL9uOzgjd6tWzHEiskZ83WkUCjSCKzQMYiaNT7JcfAgHpW3P0nosTdqETHNkMjkDO81NKu16FnM9ZOVldh_c_YSB-VdQ5fjin6Z4tm-aqD40nB4VAmMGQcBRv7QT_xbN1agwTJklE0BCxZ3UbxiOlSuA83sBwi-/w456-h449/IMG_0520.jpg" width="456" /></a></div><p></p><p>Sweet image! And I just love the sentiment also from High Hopes Stamps "<a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/shop/sentiments/christmas-sentiments/let-heaven-h268/">Let Heaven and Nature Sing!</a>" </p><p>I colored with my Copics (colors below) and found papers from Pink Paisley papers deep in my stash. They are all stacked up on kraft card stock for a base. A simple card - and I wanted something just a little additional but really didn't want bling or flashy on this one. I went digging deep in my drawers and found this cute little Fiskars punch of a music note! That fits perfect with my sentiment and my humming going on! </p><p>Copic colors used - </p><p><br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggkeYR5a3cuRAb80RUFDUCgbaUpHCKjBNKiTGQnTDq2elwu-IyvZ6sg7bxY6KboUnFiWYUhqjfTFpyxvTL0KhFOJUNX35Ze9XjGonrUhPeuAzwVuPCkIfV-XBAT87YPaMUsxcutGDXOwrBO_YHRQ2c1fXG6q9GtZFbiUecn0Uty90wJGn6x9c0vOrj030q/s3106/IMG_0521.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2629" data-original-width="3106" height="362" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggkeYR5a3cuRAb80RUFDUCgbaUpHCKjBNKiTGQnTDq2elwu-IyvZ6sg7bxY6KboUnFiWYUhqjfTFpyxvTL0KhFOJUNX35Ze9XjGonrUhPeuAzwVuPCkIfV-XBAT87YPaMUsxcutGDXOwrBO_YHRQ2c1fXG6q9GtZFbiUecn0Uty90wJGn6x9c0vOrj030q/w428-h362/IMG_0521.jpg" width="428" /></a></div><p></p><p>Simple card and I missed my sewing machine with this one. Sigh... its on the fritz again. I need to do some internal cleaning on it. Seems all my paper sewing does build up some fuzz inside and I just need the time to clean it. Time... uh right. </p><p>Hope you enjoyed my card - and please pop over to <a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/">High Hopes Stamps</a> website and see all the glorious images to play with! You will love them... and fill a cart fast I am sure! </p><p>Have a blessed day - </p><p>HUGS and <br /> </p><p><img src="http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn46/donkeysmiles/donkeysmiles/Siggy.gif" style="background: transparent; border: medium;" /></p>MichelleOhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15893406224460208088noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9220126504878727303.post-9056259628385381762023-12-02T05:30:00.001-06:002023-12-02T05:30:00.148-06:00Animal Crackers - Tribute to Ellie<p>Howdy - </p><p>Sad hearts around here this week. Ellie went to sleep one night last week, and never woke up. She has been getting slower, not eating as much and just not feeling well. Was doing a little better then went down hill fast. Old age does that I suppose. </p><p>One of our first donkeys all those years ago and a huge personality she will be missed horribly. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEga5c3X7YY-llcPnDY6G4J26DjjeuV07dVFPahgcFXh7L0mNJzxl-pIZ8kIL3Oq-6KJEBAAl8frHtqUAw8T4R5itfFrHUsTiXxcMHNHd8a4Do53Ruy-Wro3nKDMoTwET9UbgocZxE1T4gFGmB5MkFH3wTa_ul-63geqpC9WMT5inZMkzqycOgSi4ZEexo7p/s4032/AC-EllieMae%20copy.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="531" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEga5c3X7YY-llcPnDY6G4J26DjjeuV07dVFPahgcFXh7L0mNJzxl-pIZ8kIL3Oq-6KJEBAAl8frHtqUAw8T4R5itfFrHUsTiXxcMHNHd8a4Do53Ruy-Wro3nKDMoTwET9UbgocZxE1T4gFGmB5MkFH3wTa_ul-63geqpC9WMT5inZMkzqycOgSi4ZEexo7p/w398-h531/AC-EllieMae%20copy.jpg" width="398" /> </a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">A beautiful girl, that we purchased looking forward to her having the same beautiful babies as her. BIG eyes, Long ears, and a scream that you knew across the entire property. She sounded like a screaming toddler. A very very loud screaming toddler. Neighbors would even comment about the child screaming. Sadly she was never able to get bred. But she was still an important part our family. <br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFF8wfiFKnGmmOd48LGBfyjpGOST5hZLywEp2xJZITCOjQzHyKYORvGlNQURO07nbva8TfTgY5vug7_RJYcpM-4v4R8MEAGYjw1U0NNWqhCIfv_omqXl7lnRXQU6EdPjVVdeFkSLtNLGY9Qr35yagiJS-YjfIZ8yszUjvsKPfhfCiA4vaiNO1LWhOmvKcZ/s4032/AC-Ellie.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="580" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFF8wfiFKnGmmOd48LGBfyjpGOST5hZLywEp2xJZITCOjQzHyKYORvGlNQURO07nbva8TfTgY5vug7_RJYcpM-4v4R8MEAGYjw1U0NNWqhCIfv_omqXl7lnRXQU6EdPjVVdeFkSLtNLGY9Qr35yagiJS-YjfIZ8yszUjvsKPfhfCiA4vaiNO1LWhOmvKcZ/w435-h580/AC-Ellie.jpg" width="435" /></a></div><p>The hardest part about raising our fur children is loosing them. And so many of our kids are getting pretty old. Ellie Mae was mid 20's - that is pretty good for a donkey. They can live much longer... look at Darlene now over 32. But as we all know everyone is not the same. But it is still hard loosing one of our fur kids. </p><p>Ellie Mae was always wonderful with her fur. She would get so furry in the winter, and then totally slick off like a super model. <br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYteAqGDk8Oq849A9BvLu3RKO-UdRmOSfX4XMBDMWx1luFop63Y_wDLr8-BxtLwC07UAFGcxrYuc1Rh45mEFGMiElQRl43HaUVYK2ZS1hpv4YU3n4QsukGFnKjXAVn46LpVwJya4P2uu776B3JHIPUAoKhkOpPkOY7u4l8YywH-2wDqUJSiyetxNTooh_c/s4437/AC-EllieMae.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4437" data-original-width="3338" height="603" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYteAqGDk8Oq849A9BvLu3RKO-UdRmOSfX4XMBDMWx1luFop63Y_wDLr8-BxtLwC07UAFGcxrYuc1Rh45mEFGMiElQRl43HaUVYK2ZS1hpv4YU3n4QsukGFnKjXAVn46LpVwJya4P2uu776B3JHIPUAoKhkOpPkOY7u4l8YywH-2wDqUJSiyetxNTooh_c/w454-h603/AC-EllieMae.jpg" width="454" /></a></div><p></p><p>She was a big heart in our family - Center stage in all the girls. </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjSbnfA6BSHwCuBJN8VevnTpXvOa_0C4huolsjLZ9GiJcY73GDXzjxT-CHe0lYzmFu0nwtkPOI1z7SQ3qfNFNo8uYWINbi9eIOjWtbEcH7Whxy0RlAWAxcSlgd2k89L4St842GGidxqhBEGdaqUhC7T8JD9abQBi2fk6Ob7cYXybJj2qdibyj9xo-4yPxd7/s4194/AC-EllieMaeGals.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3351" data-original-width="4194" height="414" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjSbnfA6BSHwCuBJN8VevnTpXvOa_0C4huolsjLZ9GiJcY73GDXzjxT-CHe0lYzmFu0nwtkPOI1z7SQ3qfNFNo8uYWINbi9eIOjWtbEcH7Whxy0RlAWAxcSlgd2k89L4St842GGidxqhBEGdaqUhC7T8JD9abQBi2fk6Ob7cYXybJj2qdibyj9xo-4yPxd7/w517-h414/AC-EllieMaeGals.jpg" width="517" /></a></div><p></p><p>She was also a great Guard Donkey - Always watching and listening and at alert when she felt something was off - <br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYVPeh97hQA0C1vERfIoass5Qacd4srGvHDxuln-pfsnmdjextbOuD4-KfPNLKejScQv8tpher6VvBGL79pHKOVi0BiB1lSXPw3Gqvd45ANhizO5WrvoomNdqlHX3PbY1ue74f6SQoHF5MWSfP2GVAQjy3Iu_786FF2-KP4ELWaIHMNNj3-ArdAVDyf6jn/s400/October%2021,%202009%20Ellie%20Mae.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="317" data-original-width="400" height="406" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYVPeh97hQA0C1vERfIoass5Qacd4srGvHDxuln-pfsnmdjextbOuD4-KfPNLKejScQv8tpher6VvBGL79pHKOVi0BiB1lSXPw3Gqvd45ANhizO5WrvoomNdqlHX3PbY1ue74f6SQoHF5MWSfP2GVAQjy3Iu_786FF2-KP4ELWaIHMNNj3-ArdAVDyf6jn/w511-h406/October%2021,%202009%20Ellie%20Mae.jpg" width="511" /></a></div><p></p><p>Our hearts break loosing any of our kids - but loosing one of our first really does hurt deep. This is <a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/shop/holidays/christmas-holidays/woodland-stocking-tdg011/">Woodland Stocking</a> - love the country feel of this image!</p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIt34RRO58751ToP9mreyFMXIxTKtukvkRYXFGz_tv48QdbW54C7G72BsiwiXMMrTGQawunJlxAOYD5OlHJKJ6XZ2NPYscPowtscsRglYriApCCMT71MFzrI88uCqEgpViWY7GgMHJqQXlIOWupWIObjCMqgISzQhy-ftyB1gM2ZkjNR4yRpIYxzaJvm7l/s2757/HH-WoodlandStocking.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2736" data-original-width="2757" height="524" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIt34RRO58751ToP9mreyFMXIxTKtukvkRYXFGz_tv48QdbW54C7G72BsiwiXMMrTGQawunJlxAOYD5OlHJKJ6XZ2NPYscPowtscsRglYriApCCMT71MFzrI88uCqEgpViWY7GgMHJqQXlIOWupWIObjCMqgISzQhy-ftyB1gM2ZkjNR4yRpIYxzaJvm7l/w527-h524/HH-WoodlandStocking.jpg" width="527" /></a></div> <p></p><p>I have also been testing myself to use some non traditional colors lately. So for this one I found some scraps from my stash, and went with the colors of the animals and then loved the blue and lime green the rust color. So off to the coloring to match! </p><p>The pattern papers have a kraft card stock feel to them, so that is what I used for the base of the card. Sewing things down with a zig zag stitch. The sentiment is also from High Hopes Stamps. "<a href="https://highhopesstamps.com/shop/sentiments/christmas-sentiments/scripty-merry-christmas-fll007/">Scripty Merry Christmas</a>" A favorite as it works with so many types of images. LOL Only Hubby and I decided the weekend before Thanksgiving to totally repaint our kitchen! Oh My... </p><p>Took down my antique yelloware bowls from on top of my kitchen cabinets. Seriously needed washing for sure! After clean we set them on the floor so Hubby could paint above the cabinets... Bubba was happy and comfortable! </p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOv5DdCCLoojzqmFTopOxgca9RJVj-mebaUjGhxQImMe21cnwzuOu_Bx2YuY2w00llKTbsPo58zQGvya13JnzBrem7YYED9v9ARQ57WzJVkVetvcnB5tFphw16is_DnwW4HPyRphyQVXRiEAZzShpQAkjaT-Ki-S8bYTR4l8jBxpbMmY29Xxfjdhuj2RaQ/s1920/AC-bubbainbowl.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1440" data-original-width="1920" height="381" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOv5DdCCLoojzqmFTopOxgca9RJVj-mebaUjGhxQImMe21cnwzuOu_Bx2YuY2w00llKTbsPo58zQGvya13JnzBrem7YYED9v9ARQ57WzJVkVetvcnB5tFphw16is_DnwW4HPyRphyQVXRiEAZzShpQAkjaT-Ki-S8bYTR4l8jBxpbMmY29Xxfjdhuj2RaQ/w508-h381/AC-bubbainbowl.jpg" width="508" /></a></div> <p></p><p>He was so happy and I hated to tell him they were not put there for him a new bed.
