This month JayJay found a wonderful template from Lauren Meader (another fellow DT member) her templates are wonderful to play with and you can find them at Papertrey Ink - the one we chose to use is called "Pack a Picnic" ... really cute and only $5.00. (Some months we find free templates as well) But hey $5.00 is really pretty cheap - cuz you get all the template pieces plus a bunch of idea instructions as well.

Ok now I know this is called Pack a Picnic... but I saw a cute little porcelain jar when I made mine... funny huh? So I switched out the long strap handles and made a little loop handle for the top. I think it was the paper I chose, but I really love how it came out, even if I changed it up and went a different direction.

I then added butterfly lace around the outside of the lid. Did I tell you what the paper is? I don't think I did... duh It is from American Crafts, wonderful heavy two sided paper. The heavy paper really does work best with folding and holding up to making a box.

I just love how this one came out.. I think I just may have too keep this to sit on my desk in my new craft room! LOL... Hubby just shakes his head when I am already decorating it...
NOW I just have to pop over to JayJay's Blog : http://www.stempelelfejayjay.blogspot.com/ I just can't wait to see what she has made... :0)
Have a wonderful Thursday!
