Whimsy Stamps - Puddle Jumpin' Mouse

Howdy -

Now some image just have to be colored up! They just make me grin! And Whimsy Stamps "Puddle Jumpin' Mouse" by Krista Heij-Barber is adorable!!

How much fun is this little mouse? All that splashing. I colored up with my Copics (colors below) and then cut out with Nesties ovals. Then I dug in some older dies and found this Cherry Lynn Designs as a mat. Then for my papers I used a couple of sheets from Paper Studios that I sewed down with a zig zag stitch. The sentiment is from the Whimsy Stamps Digital Sentiment Set "Spring Mix". that is matted with the Whimsy Die "Many Thanks Card Builder Set" (which by the way is on sale right now! YEA!)

For a little more embellishment some Whimsy Stamps "Enamel Dots" .... totally love those!!

High Hopes Stamps - Carrot Patch

Howdy -

Spring time! And one of the biggest days of Spring is Easter. So we have to do a bunny card right?

This is "Carrot Patch", just a totally adorable little Easter Bunny don't you think? I colored with my Copics (colors below) and then found some pretty green and dark pink card stock to match up with a piece of Paper Studio that is sewn into place.

Then I used Die'sire's Floral Dance die top and bottom of the image mat. Love how that looks. A few Whimsy Stamps Enamel Dots in the corner, then for the sentiment I used High Hopes Stamps new "Beautiful Blessing" Fabulous Easter sentiment!

Inside the same papers.

Whimsy Digital Stamps - Kitty Floats

Howdy -

Whimsy Stamps Digital Release! So many fabulous new images for some instant fun coloring and instant pretty papers!

For my card I chose one of Crissy Armstrong's "Kitty Floats"!

Isn't it just adorable! Now I used Photoshop and added in one of the new Digital Pattern Papers as the sky background from the "Bluebell Bliss" collection. Love putting the image and digital papers together and printing as one. I also printed another paper for my pattern paper and matted with blue card stock. Sewing all my layers down.

For the sentiment I used one of the digital sentiment from the "Vintage Sentiments" Collection.  Then for embellishments I used a heart border die and then one of my giggle favorites the Whimsy Enamel Dots.

Animal Crackers - Great bonding

Howdy -

One of my favorite photos that I snapped last week!! Well other than the new chickies...  Rhett and her "big" girl Thelma.

Rhett is still pretty attached to her grown up girls Thelma and Louise. I think next breeding season Rhett will be put it for breeding and break off her adult girls. But still love this photo!

Peso grinned... he is ready! So how long before breeding season? LOL

Ha! Such a handsome boy!.. oh sorry "MAN"!

And how about a beautiful lady? Miss Bella was out enjoying the spring sunshine.

She has finally accepted that her son Sebastian is now gone. She actually accepted it much easier than he did... He screamed for Mom for a few weeks, he is doing much better... more grown up.

The March spring weather has been so beautiful! Afternoon naps are so wonderful!

Darlene really was enjoying her nap in the warm sun!

If I wouldn't have had to curl up in the dirt... might have joined her. Did feel wonderful in the sun.

Now this week I am ending up with a little sad photo... I told you last week that we have three of the girls in the pen with Raffie for breeding. Well Ellie Mae is not happy at all with that.

You see Ellie Mae's BFF is Vicki... and she doesn't like not being with her buddy. Makes me so so sad. I think maybe we will have to have a talk with Hubby, Ellie Mae was never able to get pregnant. But maybe we can go ahead and put Ellie Mae into Raffie's pen. Hopefully she won't get in the way of the job that is the task at hand, she will be happy with her BFF and if for some miracle Ellie was able to get pregnant YEE HAW! I think it is a great idea! Hubby should go for it too don't you think? Yea!

Hope you got a smile this week... and hope you have a wonderfully blessed weekend!

High Hopes Stamps has a new Release for April! And I just love Spring stamps! For my first card I am working with the new "Easter Stroll"

Pretty isn't she? In her Easter dress and hat, gathering little chicks and eggs. Or eggs that are hatching with little chicks? I colored with my Copics (colors below) and then inked the edges with Rangers Distress inks and matched up with Paper Studio Favorite papers sewed down with my sewing machine. Ribbon and Viva Decor Pearl Pen dots. With the new "Happy Easter" sentiment it is just too cute! And for a little inspiration I used the brand new challenge sketch! High Hopes Stamps - Herbie

Howdy -

One more favorite older stamp from High Hopes Stamps! I have been having so much fun going through older stamps! "Herbie" is just too cute for words don't you think?

I have always loved all the country/farm images from High Hopes Stamps - and Herbie with his two blue ribbon chickens is just too cute! I colored with my Copics (colors below) and then cut and rounded the corners. My papers are from Paper Studio Mixer and Match collection, with Kraft card stock and cut a mat with an older Spellbinders die. I inked the edges of everything with Rangers Distress Ink. Sewed down the layers with a zig zag stitch and added a piece of lace. For some added embellishment I dug through the old stash and found four red brads and attached along with some jewelry spacers. Added High Hopes Stamps "Large Fancy Happy Birthday" for my sentiment.
