Having so much fun with Sarah!

I have just gone nuts for my new Sarah Kay stamps! I am just loving coloring her.

For today I am blue... is this pattern paper just the most beautiful shades of blue or what. I would tell you who it is by, but rocket scientist here cut the corner with the information and stuck it down to the card base, so I have no clue. But it is pretty!
This Sarah is called My Sweet Lili, and she is so precious. I colored her with Koh-I-Noor Pencils and Mineral Spirits, then high lighted with white gel pen. The pattern paper is matted with a scrap of royal blue card stock and sewed down with a blanket stitch. The card base is Bazill creme yellow.
I matted Sarah with the same two card stocks and sewed. The flowers are Prima's and Making Memories with button centers. The sentiment is from Hero Arts cut with my Fiskar's Circle Squeeze punch and inked, then used as the center of the larger flower. And now to that ribbon... oh my I am in love with that ribbon! It is from Doodlebug Designs and comes with 7 yards of 7 different ribbons all in the same shade of colors. I couldn't decide which colors to get when I found them... so I got most of them =) You will be seeing these different ribbons on my cards for a while they are so fancy and different!
Hope you like my card today - I have to get off to the post office and run some errands - I am co-hostessing a Bridal shower this weekend and need to go and pick up a few things! And it is Crop weekend... I can't believe I have both scheduled for the same weekend, what a nut!

so cute Michelle. LOL at you and the ribbons. I do that too! that's why I tend to get paper pads and stacks as I can never decide if I have to choose from single sheets :)
