A little Lavendar, Lace and Gato!

I love purple, and I love frilly, so this weeks Tilda and Friends ATC is Lavender and Lace is a favorite of mine! The DT's this week totally rock, so make sure to head over there and take a look. (After you are done here of course LOL!).

I wanted to use one of the new Summer club stamps, especially since of drove 45 minutes one way to get my EZMount yesterday! But while at the stamp store, I found this adorable window stamps from Art Impressions. Sadly I had to cut off the flowing cutains from the bottom to make it fit on the ATC, but you will be seeing this stamp again!

I stamped out one of my new Tilda's and some clouds in the background. I colored her in with my Copics and stickled her wings. Then I stamped the window on a separate piece of card stock and cut out the window and cut the card down to ATC card size (2.5 X 3.5 inches). I colored with my copics and white gel pen. I then stamped the small flowers on the "wall" with a Rubber Tapestry Stump stamp. I then stamped the window a second time on another piece of card stock and cut just the valance off the window. I then used the smallest Pop Dots and stacked the three layers, and then matted the entire card with a darker purple card stock. I love it! Hope the girls at Tilda and Friends ATC like it to.

Had to share this photograph of Gato I took this morning...... this cat is wearing me out! She is into EVERYTHING, she is climbing EVERYWHERE, she is chewing and clawing ANYTHING she can get her teeth and claws onto. But then I come in to take my photo this morning and she is in my photo tent again, and look at that face - you gotta love her.

Ok, have to scream just a bit here. I got the greatest email yesterday! I am still grinning from ear to ear! Elisabeth Bell, yes the Elisabeth the hugely talented artist with the Sweet Ebony Images left a comment on my little donkey blog, and she posted my DT card from Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge Blog this week on her blog and on her site! I have adored her images and found her blog a few months back and can't even explain how exciting it is to see my card there! Thanks so much Elisabeth! You have made my day, week and month! Well it is my MIL day... so I have a couple of minutes to hop to a few blogs and then I have to get dressed and get out of here to hit the mall and the hundreds of other stops that is on our list today! Oh and for those that have asked... Rosie is doing better, the meds really have helped, she has to take a two week dose this time. I just hope that after that she stays healthy this time.
