Me and My Space - Needing a New Home - More Clean Out Candy!

Today I thought I would share more of my stuff with you - Just breaks my heart that I have stamps that have not seen the light of day, much less ink! So I am offering up more for you to love and use for me -

Also in my candy, I found a box this week with lots of "things" in it. You know those things you pick up over the years on sale, at conventions and in kits. You mean to use them on something... but they end up lost in a box. Yep.. my box is full of those "things" -

So here is my Candy -
I have Four Whiff of Joy Stamps - three images and one Christmas sentiment. I think I may have used these each maybe once....

And then there are two Sugar Nellie images - again.. maybe once they have been inked up.

Then there is a small pile of my "Things"... chipboard stars, felt embellishments, stickers, fabric labels, stickers and wood embellishments.  Lots of goodies for card making, scrapbooking or whatever you are working on.

A couple of close ups of the stamps.....

Now what do you need to do to have a chance to win? Leave a comment on this post - how about telling me about you favorite holiday tradition? That is it! I'll ship world wide, so no worries there. And I'll pick a winner next Thursday! Share my candy if you like :0)

Wow.. it has taken me over an hour to get this post done this morning. We have a thunderstorms moving over us! And Satellite Internet so it isn't working so well this morning, but that is due to rain so YeA!  So far we have gotten close to 2 inches of rain this morning - That is such a blessing!!! Hubby got up at the crack of dawn this morning and put down 100lbs. of grass seed, and finished up just as it started to rain really good. No wind to blow away this seed! Just good heavy rain to soak it in.... Now you will see us out there each day looking for green sprouts... LOL

Have a wonderful day - us... right now we are just enjoying watching the rain - then errands later in the day.
HUGS and

Michelle,
Hard to believe you're willing to part with these cute stamps. The chimney sweep and the girl with the horse are my favorites. Thanks for the chance to win, and thanks so much for sharing your talent and your critters with us on your blog. I look forward to reading about their escapades.

What cute stamps and fun goodies. On of our favorite traditions is that each year we all get a new ornament for the tree. We have so much fun decorating each year remembering when we got our ornaments, then when our kids get married, they'll have their own ornaments for their trees and can tell their kids about Christmas when they were little. Thanks for a chance.

Hi Michelle

I guess my favourite Tradition in our house for me is watching my hubby and kids put up and decorate the Christmas Tree - (then going round it myself later and moving bits about so it's just as I like it - ssshhh don't tell them LOL)!!!

Thanks for the chance to win some lovely stash.

well unfortunately there is no one to celebrate the holidays with anymore, but I can tell you that when my husband and mother was alive the best way traveling to my parents on Christmas Eve and my mother always cooked a sea food feast. And when my grandparents were alive we use to travel to the Bronx and Grandma always made those traditional italian honey ball cookies. No one makes them like grandma. Holidays now make me very depressed but I just love to think of those memories and so glad I have them. Thank you Michelle for having this question because it sure put a smile on my face

Enjoy

very nice candy!! Thanks for the chance to win!
We have a tradition to go to grandparents every Christmas holiday. They are the old ones now and they have a problem to go ro anywhere, but they want to see all of us on Christmas, New-Year's Eve, etc. and we go to see them. So, a lot of people are in their home then, and I love this! We do swap the gifts with each other, have a joke, sing songs. All is so funny then)))
I can't wait for next Christmas again to see all our clear and far relatives at grandparent's home)))
Hugs. Larisa. xx

I know what you mean about the stamps, can't believe how I want a certain stamp but then barely use. Oh well eventually. I buy my kids a hallmark orniment every year, I just love being able to find something that is them that year. It is fun to look at each year.

ions ago all of those that joined us for the holiday went t the grocery store. Each Person was given 10 dollars to buy stocking stuffers for everyone else. Things like erasers, pencils, envies, scotch tape, safety pins etc.
We had so much fun and kept adding and subtracting from our basket as we ran into our relatives baskets. This became one of our favorite Christmas'.

Growing up it would have been our family friends stopping by and sitting in our kitchen with cookies and such ( my mom would start baking right after Thanksgiving)
My adult life has lead me to volunteering from taking cookies to unaccompanied Airmen... to working at a local kitchen. This year I am looking forward to serving tksgiving dinner with my family to those who need it!

Michelle, what lovely candy you have up for grabs. I would love to be in with a chance of winning. As for Christmas traditions, normally we'd spend Christmas day at our house (I don't mind anyone coming to ours but don't want to leave home on Christmas Day), we went to my mum's on Boxing Day and New Year's Day was our house again. Sadly my mum died suddenly in June so Boxing days will never be the same and I am at the stage I'm not looking forward to Christmas at all at the moment. Take care of those wonderful animals. Best wishes, Kym xxx

Hi Michelle, what a lovely candy you want to get rid off. My daughter Michelle immediately fell in love with the stamp from the girl and the horse. Me, I love everything. My favourite tradition is to decorate the inside of our house (it takes me about a week), so not only the tree, but a little village as well and decorations everywhere (even in the kitchen and the toilet). The house always feels so empty early January. Hugs, Helen

OMG - I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the horse stamp!!!!!!!!! Reminds me of my daughter and her various horses over the years! One of our holiday traditions is a turduckin (a chicken stuffed in a duck, which is stuffed in a turkey). Now, I can't say that this is one of my favorites as I'm a turkey fan, but my hubby and dad absolutely LOVE it! I have a great picture from the first year of the turduckin sitting in front of my dad, and the biggest grins on his face! Definitely fond memories!

Our holiday tradition is to go to our son's house for breakfast on Christmas morning. The grandkids have already opened their gifts from Santa by the time we get there, so after we have our breakfast eats, we open gifts from one another and enjoy everyone's company for the rest of the day. After the sights and sounds of Christmas, it is always nice to return home and spend the evening quietly at home!

one of my favorite holiday traditions is singing the 12 days of Christmas on christmas eve with my family. We all pick out a day from a hat and we have to sing that part. Its loads of fun, especially the 5th day solo lolol. Asides from that I love watching the thanksgiving day parade with my family, and then gong shopping with my mom and all the sisters my aunts on black friday. We all take turns buying "surprise" shirts that are revealed during thanksgiving dinner and we all wear them while we shop the next day. Its so much fun, im tearing up because this year im away from my family for training ,I will be with them but I miss them so much. Ohhh the memories =)

Those stamps look adorable! I especially like the angel one. :) One of our favorite traditions is a personalized ornament for each child with their name and year on it for the Christmas tree. They each have their own bag of ornaments and like to go through them remembering how old they were when they got it and help decorate the tree with them. :)

You are sooo good...cleaning out your stash. I am getting ready to reorganized my room. I will pull out some furniture and move everything around in the hopes that I will pick up a bit more room. LOL Hope springs eternal! LOL

Oh my goodness, how generous of you. It would be like Christmas if I were to win these. Thanks for the chance! Anxious to hear about your baby grass. All we have to look forward to is snow :(

Sheri said...

Oops. tradition. I forgot. I think it centers around food (of course) We always have to have spiced nuts that my grandmother would make years and years ago. We still have them every year. She would be almost 120 if she were alive.

Lynn said...

I guess my favorite tradition is just being able to be with all the family. That makes it great for everyone.

Yay! Sounds like the seed has a good chance of grabbing on this time! I just love sitting around the table with the family!

Wow what a great lil' giveaway you have! I would love to take them off your hands ;) My fav thing used to be giving each of the kids their own ornaments to put on the tree and they would help put it all together. Then turn the lights on and just sit there and look at it for awhile. Better than TV any day.

Thanks sooo much for the chance to win these wonderful wonderful stamps here, which I would sooooooooooo love to get my hands on LOL.
My favorit tradition hereis almost all the preparations before christmas eve, as we´re always all getting together the whole week-end for the second week in December and then we´re baking cookies and making our own marzipan goodies and taking a trip to the wood to find things for decorations and even we´re pretty many now, then we´re always all getting together this week-end and doing all this together, so we are 10 kids aged 3 to 16, and my 4 kids and 4 in laws, so we´re quite a lot, and then we always get a good dinner saturday and have all the leftovers sunday. Everybody is always really looking forward to this week-end and the grandkids has already begun to ask, when it´ll be this year ha ha ha

Oh yes, I see several images that I would definately use. Put my name in the hat!
Grow grass grow !!!!
Every Christmas eve my Grandmother would host a family dinner, when she was no longer able to do it, it passed to my Mother. Now my Sister is hosting. We always have a gift exchange which has evolved over the years. From everyone getting everyone something to drawing names to having a gag gift swap.
But thinking about Christmas I truely enjoy the Midnight candle light service at church Christmas eve. Singing Silent Night by candle light always brings a lump to my throat. Christmas morning we have the children and grandsons come for breakfast and package opening. Boy are the Grandson Fun :) Hugs...

Our favourite holiday tradition is to make lots of finger foods and watch Christmas movies together on Christmas Eve. We invite friends and family and look forward to it every year!

The little boy with the skull on his shirt is sooooo perfect! My 8 yr old son is into skulls on his T-shirts. But I've won before, so it wouldn't be fair to win again....but if I do, lol, I would just take that one and let you pick another winner for the rest, lol. Cannot resist cute stamps.

I also can not resist Christmas morning. The tradition is so common, but it's the moment I look forward to all year long. When the littlist one comes out and sees that Santa has arrived and left presents with their name on it. And slowly the other kids and even slower, the adults arrive. We adults sit there half lids open wondering why we are up after just a few hours sleep and we can't miss anything, so coffee will have to wait. And within five minutes, the kids have shredded papers everywhere and gone through their pressies like the tazmanium devil. All that work wrapping, all that shopping, for a five minute thrill.......SO WORTH IT!!!!

It is hard to believe that someone would be willing to part with so many wonderful gifts. I will be spending Christmas with my brother who has developed early onset Alzheimer's so it will probably be my last Christmas with him when he still knows me. Thanks for sharing all your projects and seeing all the baby goats etc. I don't always find the time to comment but I really appreciate the inspiration you share with your work. Thanks once again. and Christmas Wishes. Kindest regards kendell
