Whimsy Stamps - DREAM

Howdy -

Did a little underwater card this week. With our rain we have been having that was good timing. LOL Colored up Whimsy Stamps Coralia from the Mi Ran Jung Collection.

Isn't she a pretty mermaid? Colored up with my Copics (colors below) Really went through some ink with that background, just couldn't get it to come out even. I added some stickles for the bubbles and the star in her hair. My papers are from DCWV Linen Collection, an old paper stack but the colors were perfect. Then matted on a piece of Core'dinations embossed paper that I sanded. Everything sewed down and then added a Whimsy Shapeology Die cut "dream"

Here is a close up to show the stickles and the shimmer on that wonderful paper.

And inside the card more of the same papers.

Had fun with Coralia - she is so pretty. Make sure to visit the Whimsy Stamps Store and see all the fun images!!

See you tomorrow for Animal Crackers!

High Hopes Stamps - Wart's Up?

Howdy -

Wart's Up? This one just makes me giggle. Love this High Hopes Stamp. This is "Froggy Tag" and matched up with the sentiment "Wart's Up?" it is PERFECT! Sometimes you just need a silly friendly card for someone right?

I colored the image with my Copics (colors below) and then cut it out. Matching it up with papers from BoBunny's Little Miss collection and cream colored card stock. I sewed down the papers with a zig zag stitch and then used a Martha Stewart scalloped heart punch for a border around the middle. Some Martha Frond leaf punches a few Mulberry flowers and then dots of Viva Decor Cream Pearl Pen to top it off.

Great fun image to put a smile on someones face.

Animal Crackers - More Sunny Photos

Howdy -

After going through the photographs I took last week there were too many others that just needed to be shown... And Lizzy wanted to say HI first!

This girl is the photo bomb Queen! She loves to pop in front of the camera to see what I am doing. You never know... some sort of treat might come out of the end of that lens! LOL

Speaking of treats... Since the grass has been growing so long so fast around here and you know nothing has even a remote chance of growing in the goat pens, long grass is a very yummy treat for the guys! Doc is a nut job begging for a hand fed wad of grass every day. He loves for you to hang on tight and pull it away from you. When you just throw in a handful he will eat it but not until he gives you the look of " Now where was the fun in that? " ...

Love this shot of Miss Gabby...

It has been such a blessing that all is so wonderfully green here this winter. Spring is already popping up everywhere. Hubby has even started putting in our garden! Yea! Not that Gabby will get to enjoy that...

Felicia was half asleep here.. afternoon sleepy time I suppose.

Love this gal... she is built just like her Momma Macey. Short and Wide. Or excuse me "big boned". Has her beautiful eyes too.

Miss Jolene is a beautiful thing too.

It amazes me how Jolene's coloring is so fair and light all but that stunning black velvet nose. I showed you Pepita last week, she is Jolene's daughter. But got all her coloring from her Daddy Black Jack as she has grown to a really dark coloring. Both are gorgeous! Jolene is such a sweet girl and very loving and calm for attention. I remember back when we first got Jolene, she was so skinny she would walk through the spaces of the gates. And was so timid and skittish we could hardly pet her. Now she is one of the first up for her hugs and ear scratches.

We are going to try another video this week. From what I have been told some browsers won't open blogger videos at all. Some Mobiles either. So hope most can see this one as it is a cutie...

Hubby caught this one the other morning while out feeding breakfast. Luna was doing a little "head butting" with our old lady Paintbrush. Showing who is boss you know. Of course Paintbrush is smart and very good with the little ones so I think she was just letting Luna think he was doing well in the war... LOL

Hope you have a wonderful weekend planned... a little time with some furry friends maybe?
Have a blessed one!

High Hopes Stamps - Samson

Howdy -

Last week I had a little fun with my older High Hopes Stamps. I just love this guy he is just too fun. This is Samson!

Isn't he just a cutie? To help Samson have a little cover from the sun I masked him off and stamped him a little "Jungle Background" I colored with my Copics (colors below).

Found some papers from Authenticity Legacy collection matted with a light brown card stock and then sewed all my layers together. A heavy dark brown ribbon with some wood round buttons for embellishment.

Inside the card the same papers -

And my Copic colors used -

Had some fun with Samson... and now I am looking forward to lots of new images to play with! Keep a watch on the High Hopes Stamps Blog for lots of new images coming!

Animal Crackers -

Howdy -

Spent the afternoon Thursday out and enjoying the fur babies! First up we went to check on the Lady Donkeys... Bella is VERY WIDE!!

I am so looking forward to a new baby donkey to hug love and pet! Darlene our oldest Matriarch is Bella's best friend. They are never far apart. Hope she is ok sharing Bella with a new baby!

Of course Miss Juliet was right in the middle of all attention! LOL Love those BIG Brown Eyes! So expressive!

Juliet and Pepita both were really pushing "Dad" for attention, Good thing Dad has two hands and can love on both at the same time!

The baby boys are doing great. Getting SO BIG! I call them little Knot heads right now... those horns are really starting to show now!

They are now very interested in the girls. Here all three were trying to show off for Abigail.. one of the hot older chicks in the pen! LOL

When they are showing off and smell a girl.. they love to roll their lip up and grin for everyone to see. Luna is doing pretty good at this traditional sign of the season.

Too cute isn't he?

Snapped a cute shot of Mother and Son.

It is just so handy to use Mom's horns to scratch that hard to reach itch! LOL

Now a really COOL shot! While Hubby and I were outside we kept hearing a couple of Hawks circling above us. They have been really chatting a lot the last few days. The Season you know... These two were either courting or probably just married as they were more like screaming at each other! HA!

Beautiful aren't they. Love watching them as long as they leave my chickens and baby goats alone. Usually they keep to themselves and are good.

Hope you have something wonderful planned for the weekend, hug a fur baby!

Whimsy Stamps - Kitty in the Garden

Howdy -

Today I got play with a little Kitty in the Garden! One of the new Whimsy Stamps images from Crissy Armstrong Collection. Isn't she just adorable?

Colored with my Copics (colors below) and then went nuts with spring colors. The papers are from KaiserCraft Secret Garden collection. I sewed down layers while adding Whimsy Shapeology's Double Scallop Doily Die as a mat. Then the Whimsy  Vines Die Set I punched out two vines to layer behind a few mulberry roses and then some pearl and class bling.

Close up of the embellishments -

Oh and the sentiment is also from Whimsy - Simply Stitched Circles ... they are on sale right now so hurry for that great set!

Inside the card more of the same papers -
