CardMaker Magazine Tina Wenke -Sent from Above

Hello today I am just a little excited to share the latest issue of CardMagazine

Check out page 67....

Yep.... I have a card on page 67 :0) with one of my favorite Stampavie Tina Wenke images "Sent From Above".

I made an easel card. With EK Success retro flower punches and lots pearl bling. The image is colored with Promarkers ...

There are some great handmade flower patterns in this issue... Really cool ideas!

Pick up an issue if you see it :0) and I believe you an even sign up for digital issues on their website .... I think maybe?

Ok... Trying all this pst form my iPad to make sure I am ready for next week at CHA. A few issues with using my iPad and blogging ... So I hope I finally have it figured out.

I am so behind in getting ready since I was sick all last week and weekend........ Sigh.

My First COVER!!!

I just nearly freaked out when I got my mail yesterday! Flipping through the junk mail, bills and such and then I got to my July issue of CardMaker Magazine!!!! HOLY SMOKE!!! That is my card on the COVER!!! I have been pretty lucky this last year and had cards published in quite a few of their magazines this year... a total shocker, but thrilled! But to have one on the cover!!! I haven't calmed down yet! Doing the happy dance :0) The call was for a card with an Ice Cream theme. I used my Alota RubberStamps, Three scoops stamps - lots of dimensional glaze and snow marker for the whipped cream - Hope you will get your copy and see it up close! Ok.... now of to dance some more!

CardMaker Magazine :0)

It was a happy mail day yesterday! The new issue of CardMaker Magazine was in my box!
And in this issue I have been blessed enough to have two cards accepted :0) First is one of my favorites - The Spring Butterfly Surprise! Used a Gillian Roberts image and lots of butterflies!

Then in the Mother's Day section I have one of my favorite older Sarah Kay images - Picnic Time - Had fun with a more vintage look with this one.
And while doing this post I realized with all the excitement of CHA I never did scream about the March issue of CardMaker Magazine!

They chose a fun bright colored Tina Wenke Easter Parade image card -

And then another Tina Wenke image Mouse in a nutboat. I ADORE how this card turned out... it is a woven and sewn card, has that cozy quilt feel to it.
I feel like I won the lottery to see my cards in one of my all time favorite crafting magazines!!! I had quit sending in for publications for a while, no was getting hard to hear. But then all of the sudden I decided to start trying again... and then I had some chosen! So that is where the saying "Never Give Up" comes from huh?

HUGS and have a great Thursday!
