A Sad Evening in our house -

This has definitely been a week of highs and very lows. Victoria lost her baby yesterday afternoon. We really don't know what happened, all we know is the baby did not survive. Vicky has a little damage, but Doc says that she is fine should have no problems being re bred, and that is a true blessing. It was hard enough loosing that precious baby, I could not even image loosing my Vicky. Things could have been much worse and we could have lost her too. This photograph is from last week. She is a beautiful spot with dark green eyes.
As you can imagine... I was not in a very creative mood, so no cards today. I am really behind on the challenges this week. And I hope to feel up to it this evening. But today I am going to spend some time in the barn - hugging Victoria, her buddy Lacey and her baby Rosita.
