For this weeks Dust If Off Sunday - I knew I had to go through my stamps and find a Christmas Stamp... I have quite a few older Christmas stamps and had a few to choose from, then saw the Penny Black Hedgehogs... I have two Christmas hedgehog stamps. The Light Brigade, and Coming Your Way. I couldn't decide which I wanted to use. So I stamped them both out and colored them both. I still couldn't decide, so I worked and worked trying to fit both of them on the front of a 6x6 card. Wasn't easy, and I really don't know if it did work... but well.. here it is - Too Much?
Kind of crowed huh? Oh well.. I so wanted to use them both. I also pulled out some old Christmas papers from DCWV. Sewed them together with a zig zag stitch. The sentiment is my favorite this year for Christmas - I always have one that I use alot each season and this year it was this one from Stampabilities. This seemed a little like a present box, so a red satin ribbon at the top seemed appropriate. But it needed just a bit more... just no room. So I took my red Stickles and created three sets of three dots... don't know why.. but it works too.. LOL
Close up of the trio hauling all the presents -
And of the pair with the festive lights. You probably can't see it here but I used clear dimensional glaze on the bulbs to make them more glass like.
Well we are off this morning to deliver Reno.. then home for a crazy week trying to get all my last minute shopping and baking done for Christmas... I do have a few things planned for the week so please do pop in - :0) And I hope you enjoyed my Crowded Hedgehog Christmas Card.

I love this card, it's exactly how I'm feeling at the moment - rushing all over the place :) - and no, it's definitely not too crowded.
Have a good day, hope Reno is happy in his new home.
It's a darling card. The images are not that big so it looks really great. Well done!

I love the card! It is so cute and does totally pull together.
Love this card; it's like me right now - running around with the christmas decorations, trying to get all gifts packed (still have to buy some as well) and also need to write some x-mas cards. Give Reno a big last hug from me, he is such a cutie; can imagine you will miss him but I am sure you picked him a good loving and caring home. Also a hug for the two little ladies. Regards from cold, white Holland (got a lot of snow last night). Hugs, Helen
Oh how I love Penny Black and Hedgies! So cute. Have a wonderful Sunday. Hugs...
Both images fits well in your card.
It's just perfect.
Love your crowded hedgehog card. I had the same problem when deciding which stamp to use for my christmas cards this year. So I narrowed it down to 6 and alternated the stamped image on the 30 cards I made. I figured it might get a bit boring stamping and colouring 30 of the same images anyways so this way would be more fun!
Not too much at all! BRILLIANT in fact!

Not crowded at all! Really like it, in fact. Just how I feel, rushing around. Hope all went well with Reno's delivery to his new home (boohoo!)
