Wacky Prize Giveaway... Sneak Peak... oh and a card -

Stampavie is in the swing baby! They are in full prize package give away. I hope you all had a chance to get your name in the hat for the one day weekend blog candy they gave away Saturday night, and then Sunday they started up "Wacky Prize Give away"!

What is Wacky Prize Give away you ask? A fun different Blog Candy. All you have to do is email Stampavie a picture of you, a friend or family with a card made using one of their stamps in the most original manner you can think of. Participate in the wacky prize give away and be in with a chance of owning the brand new stamp First Kiss from Sarah Kay before it’s available in the stores! Seriously!

All entries that we receive will be shown in a blog gallery and judged by Heidi, founder of Stampavie. The wackiest entry will win this fantastic goody bag including the First Kiss Sarah Kay stamp -

Send your entries to gallery@stampavie.com before midnight Paris-time 2nd November.
Be creative, be original, be wacky! And you really need to see Heidi and Stuarts daughter showing off a Sarah Kay card..... Stampavie Wacky Prize Give Away!

Boy you are lucky I don't qualify for the prize... I so would have a card riding a mini donkey! HA.. maybe I should do it just for fun! So have your kids dress up, train the dog... have fun cuz that is one great prize you want in for this one!

Oh and while you are there.... YOU HAVE TO LOOK at the sneak peak of the new line collection of stamps created by the talented designer Leeré Aldrich! OH I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THESE! I can't wait to get them in my hands, ink them up and color! They just look so fun! I LOVE the bathtub one! See them HERE. While you are visiting the Stampavie Blog for two things today... take a look around, there are some really cute cards from all of the DT.

Now my card for today....... With all of the Stampavie news I decided I really needed to make a Rachelle Anne Miller Stamp and "Lily - Teddy's travels" is one I had not inked yet. I really am trying before I play too much with all of my new Christmas Collections to try and use some of others that haven't been inked yet, just so much to work with right now.
Lily is colored with my Copics, Spica Glitter Pens and white gel pen, for the layout I used this weeks Sketch Saturday Blog Challenge, perfect for this image. I cut Lily with my circle Nestibilities and a larger circle for the mat from the same card stock as the base. The pattern paper is a sheet from K&Company, yes that is the reverse side... oh I love that! I cut the flower side to fill the card, the plaid side I cut the two bands. I inked the edges of everything with dark brown, then sewed it all down. The lace is also sewed down, and yes.. it sagged in one section and once sewed down... sigh its attached and no moving it. I attached 6 prima flowers, spacers and mini brads for some frill as well. The sentiment is form Hero Arts and I stamped on a scrap of the card stock and used the smallest Fiskar's Circle Squeeze Punch. I know this isn't a "Fall or Christmas" image, but hey... we had a warm front here this past few days and yesterday it was over 80 here. Then last night a cold front came through will be 40 tonight so I am thinking I am getting back in the cooler images...
Whew... that was a long post! I think I am going to go get a coke, breakfast and sit and enjoy some blogs - Have a great Monday and find some time to get inky!
HUGS and-
