Doodle Doo Tuesday -

Tuesday and that means a Spoon Full of Sugar! And this week is a Doodling Challenge... YEA!

"Our Challenge this week is - Doodle Doo
We would love to see some doodling on your cards. This could be hand drawn or if you have scrolls and swirl stamps you can also use these."

Well I love to doodle on my cards - even if it is just some gel pen stitching!

I started with a new pad of K&Company papers, this line is called "Que SeraSera" and you may need your shades for this line! Wow bright but also very pretty. I will admit I purchased it for one sole reason... there was a page in the set that has a donkey on it! I know weird to buy a whole stack of paper just cuz it has a donkey, but there are some really gorgeous papers in there. Hubby flipped through and found a few really pretty with large fish... he would roll his eyes and tell me what they are in "real life" but hey large fish and you know what I mean. So I have this really vibrant, bright paper - and I decided I needed a fun bright image - I haven't inked up this brand new Stampavie Leere Aldrich image called "Party Girl" and a party girl seemed to be just what I needed for this paper. Hey she could be a Marti Gras party girl, or here in Texas a formal Fiesta party! I colored her with my copics and then gave her some bling with Stickles, a party dress needs to be sparkly don't you think.

My card has lots of bright colored card stock to match the pattern papers. A dark purple, orange are used for the base and the mats. Bright Yellow Michael's Bridal flowers to really pop. I had to add stickles to the flowers as well. The sentiment is also from Stampavie Leere Aldrich and is part of "Sentiments B" collection.

Now for the doodling. I may have gone just a bit over board. I went wild... with the white gel pen, and then my purple and orange Copic Multi-liners. Well it is bright and fun right?

I hope you will click on over and see the other DT cards, they really did doodle some cute cards. And do take part as there is a great prize this week the cute PCS Kiki Kitty stamp set which has been kindly donated by Bryony owner of Silly Monkey Crafts. Silly Monkey Crafts have a fabulous range of Pink Cat Studio stamps in stock including the new Lily and Billy Sweethearts.

And you just must see this weeks Guest DT... We have Heather from Hopefully Heather's stuff ! Pop over and visit heathers blog here.... her work is truly gorgeous!

Me... I am gonna go and get some breakfast and try and catch up on some blogging... missed a couple of days - so lots to read and see! Hope you have a wonderful Tuesday and make sure to get inky!
