Hello!

I have been so blessed with such wonderful blogging friends. I have been receiving some beautiful birthday cards from them. Yes it is that wonderful b-day time for me. As hubby told me I am now on top of the Hill and after Friday, I start going down. 41 for me, age has never been a big thing with me so I just laugh at him, after all he will be turning 50 on his next.

Anyway I have been getting the most beautiful cards in the mail this week and I am going to try and get them photographed and show them Saturday. This is one image that Heather from Hopefully Heather's Stuff, put in her card for me. How sweet is that to share some images with me, especially Hanglars!!! Thanks Heather I was so excited when I saw them!

I picked this cutie to color first, I just love the polka dots! She is colored with Copics and white gel pen. And used my Memory Box Sugar collection and picked 4 different patterns. Matted them with green and used a yellow card base. I love that satin ribbon, it feels so good and is easy to work with. Oh and I sewed down everything with zig-zag and straight stitches is a pretty pink thread. The sentiment is from Hero Arts. Last I put buttons on the corners of the matted areas, this helped me fill the challenge of Papertake Weekly challenge this week and I think it went well with all of the dots!
Well today is MIL shopping day, so I need to post this, check a few blogs and get ready! Have a great Thursday and I hope you have time to craft!
