Howdy -
First Happy Memorial Weekend! Hope that you are all getting to spend the day with family. And thank those that have served!
For my card today for Whimsy Stamps I had some fun with a new one from the Mi Ran collections, "Wedding Day" -
I colored with my Copics (colors below) matching up the flowers and ribbon with the Graphic 45 pearl papers, I matted with peach color and sewed down the layers. I cut out a group of roses from one of the pattern papers and inked the edges. Then I added two pearl flourishes. On her gown and veil I added White Lace Rangers stickles.

Animal Crackers - Oops, a bit late
Howdy -
Ooopppps... I think this is the first Saturday I have totally missed scheduling. This week Hubby and I have been helping out a friend and working all day every day this week. That and keeping up things around here... and we both have been fighting off, and dealing with one of those summer colds... well I just totally forgot what day of the week it was! So better late than never...
Went out with Hubby this morning and followed him around while he fed. I will admit... early morning feeding is all him totally him. Not a morning person... LOL
So here a few breakfast photos...
The Goats all line up ready for those flakes of hay to be tossed out to them. Hubby has this down to a science. You see it you don't toss it all around and spread it out really well then the few ring leaders will take over the hay and run the more timid ones off and eat everything!
Here is a view of all the gals enjoying breakfast.
Love this shot of Thelma and Louise.
These two sisters are usually always together. They are SO PRETTY! Love these two little girls. Looking forward to next year when maybe they can be Mommas!
Pavo was posing pretty for a photo... of course breakfast was hanging out of his mouth...
Sweet little boy that reminds me so much of his Momma Darlene, and brother Diego. Just a little more cautious ....
And then the three stooges.
Now these three really don't need to be fed breakfast, as they have 20 acres to graze... but they show up every morning and wait at the back gate for Hubby to come out. That looks like a huge pile of hay they have been fed, but in reality it is only a small flake shook out to look like a bigger meal. They are happy and it is a bit of weight watching for them.
Sorry things were late... We have the weekend at home to catch up on things. So moving a little slow this morning, but planning to get some things done. Maybe... LOL we are both worn out!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend planned.

High Hopes Stamps - Dribble Master
Howdy -
She is a Dribble Master - love how cute this new image is from High Hopes Stamps. Dribble Master is great, sometimes finding a sports stamp for the girl in your life. And this basketball girl is really a super star!
I colored with my copics (colors below) and found papers from Farm House FairSkies collection. Older papers but I love the rich colors. I sewed down the layers with a metallic thread, gives a new sparkle bling to the card. The sentiment is also from High Hopes newest release. "What's Up?" ... to fun with this image don't you think? Then I added a few flat enamel dots for embellishement, this way the card is still totally flat to mail.
Inside more of the same papers.
Copic colors used -
Great fun image - and there are lots of great one in this release! See them all HERE -
Thanks for visiting -

Animal Crackers - Water = Mud
Howdy -
Hope you have had a wonderful week. Here we have had lots going on here. Mostly rain, but lots of other things too... LOL
The girls were very very busy enjoying LOTS of fresh green grass. Of course so busy they couldn't bother to look up and pay any attention to Hubby taking this photo. It is really gorgeous with so much green this late in the year! Normally by this time things are already turning brown here. But I see no brown in this photo do you? Well other than the donkeys...
Now I told Hubby to make sure and find Sebastian and get me a photo of my baby... Hubby found Sebastian and his Mom Bella in one of the dirt roll spots... now a mud spot.
Seem Seb has decided that little boys must rest in the mud. No wonder he has been a mess the past few times I have tried to get hugs from him. Boys will be boys... But he is still so handsome, mud or no mud!
Speaking of messy...
I have gotten use to donkeys taking dirt baths... but still shocks me to see the chickens doing it. They look like they are in trouble. But in reality they too are enjoying the cool soft dirt. Scratching.. Scratching.. then laying down and rolling around and shaking dirt everyone.
When I came in I found Gato in her new favorite spot.
For a while I was trying why I was having a gathering of fur on one side of the front of my fridge. Well... Gato seems to be the cause. This is one of her regular spots during the day lately. I guess the warmth of the fridge is just too nice for her.
All the rain has been great for all the grass to grow like crazy.. but the garden has now started to go nuts as well.
The squash and zucchini both are really growing like mad. I am going again on my search for new recipes. Love some of the ones I found last year, but really love finding new fun recipes.
Wanted to share just how much rain we have had this week... this is our road out of our property, our "driveway".
Good thing we all drive Jeeps and Trucks here huh? Hubby said he was sorry this photo was taken after the water had already started going down... LOL
Hope you have a wonderful weekend where you are. We have a weekend around home with chores and clean up. Feels good to get caught up on some things though.

Howdy -
As part of the Whimsy Stamps new May release is a wonderful SET - yes an entire set of Kitten Kindness! by Lee Holland Collection. There are three different kitten stamps and a bunch of fun sentiments.
I used the little kitten with the cupcake -
Isn't she adorable? Or he? I colored with my Copics (colors below) And matched up with fun bright color papers from My Minds Eye Vanity Fair collection. Love the bright colors. I sewed down with pink thread. Then I punched out two of the Whimsy Shapeology Double Scallop Border Die. Then overlapped them and added a pink satin dot ribbon. Viva Decor Pearl Pen Dots on the corners finished it off.
Inside more of the same papers.
And the copic colors used -

High Hopes Stamps - Just Married
Howdy -
Today is my High Hopes Stamps post and I had some fun with a new great wedding image. This is "Just Married"
This is a really fun wedding image don't you think? I colored with my Copics (colors below) and then added stickles for her veil. My papers are from Kaisercraft Bonjour collection. I sewed down the layers with pink thread.
Sentiment is also from the new High Hopes release - "Love Blooms Here" Worked out really great to stamp it directly onto a piece of the pattern paper. I added three Martha Stweart Frond leaf punches, and three mulberry roses.
Inside the same papers.
Copic colors used -

Animal Crackers - It's heating up
Howdy -
Hope the weather is nice where you are. Here it has been really pretty. But the heat and humidity is really moving in! We have moved the little chicks out into their pen, and they are getting use to the running room, sun, heat and well... bugs. They are really LOVING the catching bugs! LOL They are always in action and in hunting mode. I did catch Spot resting on their pole.
The pole is a favorite place to hang out in the afternoon, it is in the shade and up high enough to get a little breeze. I cannot even tell you how much we have been loving these four little chicks. We love our other chickens but honestly they aren't the most attentive friendly pets. These four... so friendly! You go into the pen and they all four just run at you and want you to pick them up and well... pet them. I have caught Hubby in there more than once this past week chatting with them. LOL
Tried to get a photo of Frizzle for you... was in serious hunt mode, a fly was buzzing around.
Head was always in movement. So funny to watch, but not great for clear photos!
Found Raffie off in the end of his pen watching the girl donkey's way off in the distance. He is so handsome... I really want to get a couple of girls in with him to have babies next year and the past few weeks with the storm damage and such we just haven't gotten to it.
If we don't get things caught up soon we will have to wait for fall as it will be too hot for sure.
It has gotten so warm here now all the animals are shedding their undercoats. Most all the goats are pretty slick year round, but a few really get some thick winter fur going. Wyatt is one of those. Not a great photo of him but I was hoping you could see how is shedding... and hopefully you can even see the fur hanging from his horns.
I am sure you need a good scratch now and then loosing all that fur... and those horns can reach just that perfect spot.
Now I know I showed off Frankie last week with his new hornless look. But I snapped this photo of him yesterday afternoon and it just made me so happy to see hims feeling so good... I think he is actually smiling here don't you think?
Man he is a looker!
I wish Jennifer one of the girl goats had her grandfather's personality.... She is a pretty goat, but a pain in the... well she just isn't friendly at all.
Her and her sister Malory both are very skittish and not as friendly and outgoing as most all of the other girls. I really wanted to breed Jennifer and get more buckskin goats. But don't want the personality to follow... She is on our for sale list, but maybe I will try this fall and see if we breed her if it might calm her down and let us love on her. She was very much enjoying the shade here... prime afternoon location in the girls pen. The top girls get those spots. And top meaning grouchy... sigh.
I really wanted to get a few photos of Sebastian for you this week. But that boy has been out in the far pasture every time I go looking to snap a few photos of him. Will keep working on that I know you want to see how big he is getting. Even if the boy is a dirty mess... boys!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend - we are going to see some close friends today that we haven't gotten to see in months so we are looking forward to that!

Is this a fun image or what? Perfect for that funny wedding or anniversary card. I colored with my Copics (colors below) and added stickles to her veil. My papers are from Kaisercraft. I sewed down the layers using a dark grey card stock for mats and the base. The sentiment comes with the image. Is perfect for the image. I added three dots for faux pearls with my Viva Decor pearl pen. Now honestly here they were little round pearls... but and dropped the card and one went flat.. so I dropped it again and made the others go flat and match. Have to make flops work for us right? Lol I then added some Martha Stewart Frond punch leaves and then three mulberry roses.

Whimsy Stamps May Release! - Howl I Live
Howdy -
Today is a new release day for Whimsy Stamps, and there are more fabulous images with this release! For my first to play with for May's Release I went with "Howl I Live" by Crissy Armstrong. You know me and animal images!!
And these two puppies are just adorable!! I colored with my Copics (colors below) and then inked the edges with Ranger Tea Dye ink. I found some papers from DCWV that had the same vintage warm feel to them. I sewed with a dark brown zig zag stitch. Like that look it had been a while since I have sewn with darker thread, and I like it. I added a silk ribbon that I colored with my Copic cuz I didn't have the right color to work with.
The sentiment comes with the image and I love this sentiment! I added three dark brown rhinestones for a little more embellishment. Love this one.. but I think I said that.
Inside the card more of the same papers.

High Hopes Stamps - With Deepest Sympathy
Howdy -
This week for High Hopes Stamps I worked with one of the new stamps "With Deepest Sympathy" - a beautiful stamp for those cards of support.
I decided to go with pinks and greens and found some papers from DCWV. This image has the new fabulous SVG files that are available to use with your cutting machine. I have a Silhouette Cameo that is so happy to be used with these great new image! I cut out the image file and then used a matching pattern paper to cut out the mat as well. Doesn't it make such a difference when they are cut out so pretty? I colored the image with my Copics (colors below) and then attached to the mat. My papers I sewed down with a zig zag stitch, and then added some faux pearls with the Viva Decor Pearl Pen. I left this one simple - the image is so beautiful I just didn't want to compete with it.
Inside the same papers.
